I stay at the Chamberlin so often it feels like home. I love it. I travel with my fur babies so I require a safe, quiet area to walk around with the dogs especially at night. this is a perfect location. This hotel has some of the coolest and most interesting people. I’m always so happy to see their faces each time I stay. MUCH deserved shout outs to these shining souls: Jaylee is the best, he’s super cute, makes the best drinks and can tell a great story. Tara- super, super sweet, great gift of gab. The cooks are great, super friendly. Food is great. Spencer- so friendly, super helpful. offers great suggestions. Desiree- always smiling and sweet. Paco - amazing. So helpful Claudia- amazing. There is a gentleman who usually works days, he worked on Xmas morning, I can’t remember his name but he needs a shout out too. Another gentleman who seems to only work overnights…I am blanking on his name as well, but this guy has the greatest voice. It’s so animated and it just makes me happy to hear him speak. Thank you all for shining !!! Thank you for showing up with your bad ass self. I appreciate all of you. THANK YOU. Now- I hate to say anything less than pleasant bc this hotel is my home away from home and I will continue to go back, but since I am writing a review…. What’s up with the internet ? Are you trying to compete with evolution ? Because your Internet speed moves slower than the evolution of man. Also, why on earth are you charging people in amenities fee? If there’s a way to un-include myself from using these amenities, I would much prefer that option. Because I’m very confused how I could pay for a hotel room that doesn’t include a television. Take the television out before I arrive. I haven’t owned a TV in 10 years. I’d much rather save myself $30 or 15$ a day than pay for such a stupid fee. You can take the box of tissues too because I’ll use the toilet paper unless that’s also an amenity. (However, I realize this is not specific to the Chamberlain as I believe all hotels charge amenity fees however, I’ve stayed at plenty of locations that will completely remove this stupid fee.) There are a few managers who are rather blah. One in particular is totally blah. Super rude. But luckily for me, ( perhaps luckier for them ) I don’t go to WeHo to hang out with the chicks at the front desk. I DO go to WeHo bc I love everything else. The food in the area to die for, almost everything is within walking distance, the location is safe, it’s quiet, the hotel is very clean. the gym has everything I need for a workout. The pool is like heaven, whoever selects the music choice for the pool area, I thank you, great music selection. For the love of said Higher Power …. PLEASE PUT MORE VEGAN OPTIONS ON THE MENU!! Like for real. It’s 2025, wake up just a lil. That alarm clock has been going off for some time now. And OMGEE, THIS…… PLEASE IMPLEMENT SOME SORT OF SOLID LOYALTY PROGRAM!!!! I think it’s important to point out that people who stay at this hotel are choosing to stay there , meaning we could just as easily choose to spend our money somewhere else.

Amazing staff and an amazing place to stay! Spencer was absolutely fantastic with everything I needed. The room was chic and beautiful. The entire staff was so helpful and made our stay so enjoyable. This is a must place to stay if you’re visiting West Hollywood.

Not what I thought it would be!

Not sure how this has such good reviews. stayed last week for 4 nights. My own fault I did not really read every detail and wish I would have stayed somewhere else from the minute we checked in. Not really ADA friendly as the hotel is situated on an incline. yes they have a ramp but to walk up the sidewalk at a 70% incline was difficult and scry. No one to help with bags. Hallways smell like over perfumed carpet cleaner. Musty in rooms. In general clan but stupid me did not check for after 8 room service. There is none. picked a suite room they do not tell you that there are steps in room and 4/5 big ones to even get to room. Could not leave as I was there for sons surgery on Monday at Cedars hospital. Found out he did not have to stay in hospital for last night and they would not give credit for another room. So I spent over 2,000 for this stay and when I asked for a shower chair, They said we don't have you should have chosen our accessible room which I wanted 2 beds and I do not believe there are accesible with that configuration. I bought a shower chair left it behind. maybe they can use for future guests. not that they let me know i left it behind. LOL In next few months I have to spend lots of time in LA because of my sons condition and ging to Cedars Sinai. I will be choosing somewhere else. The lobby couch is also gross and worn?

Great Value - Big Rooms - Prime Location

Arrived late at night with an oversight in my reservation and was greeted with care, compassion and prompt support by Ramesh. He made my mistake a non-issue. The hotel's restaurant was a great spot for a morning breakfast. Best value in WeHo for the room size -- a converted apartment - made it easy to host friends before heading out on the town.

Best hotel in Los Angeles

Been staying at Hotel Chamberlain for over 20 years now. Located in a quiet neighborhood, easily walkable to many restaurants and entertainment. What makes the hotel superior is everyone who works there. They’ll make your stay as pleasant as possible - and they welcome pets as well. Special shout out to Yasmin, Ramesh, and Spencer. Highly recommended!
