The Pendry West Hollywood exceeded all my expectations! From the chic, modern design to the exceptional service, this hotel delivers on every front. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of West Hollywood, making it the perfect base to explore everything the area has to offer. The room was fabulous—spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the luxurious bedding to the stylish decor. It felt like a true escape, blending sophistication with a welcoming vibe. I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. This hotel strikes the perfect balance of luxury, convenience, and style. I’ll definitely be back on my next visit to West Hollywood. Highly recommend!

Mostly perfect start to finish. Didnt seem to know much about the AmEx benefits that got me there in the first place, but were very accommodating and helpful in general. Rooftop pool is small but beautiful- though the staff up there is pretty MIA and inattentive. Would stay again.

This Hotel is absolute fraud. I can only confirm their malicious behaviour in chargiing your credit card at check-out they were not able to present a bill and now there is redicoulous charges to my credit card. Be careful when you stay here i tried for a good 30 minutes to get a bill at checkout it was impossible and they even showed me that the barkeeper had charged a tip by himself.

Laundry was delayed. Had to improvise for the bussiness meeting. If Ms. Doyle would respond to this review, I have tried contacting you. Front desk said you are unavailable. Great location but lucking service and helpful responses from your stuff

Super comfortable, clean, with excellent service and amenities. Love the design as well. Probably the best hotel gym and spa I have experienced, and the rooftop bar, restaurant, and pool are incredible. Definitely worth the cost and we will most certainly be back.
