Pendry West Hollywood

Iconic location, hip interiors, great vibes. Not to mention incredible restaurant and rooftop pool. The views are to die for - day and night. If you are looking for a hotel that just 'is' all the best parts of West Hollywood - this is it. Oh, and they have 5 cars available to use while you are there (first come, first serve)!

Pros: -Modern sleek hotel, based in west hollywood -Chilled rooftop swimming pool, bar area and nice views from rooftop -Very efficient service - at check in, also when order takeaway someone brought it to our room -Concierge was great - helped us book a nice sushi restaurant within walking distancr Cons: -Ok for one noght however space for clothes and storage in room quite limited for a family

Beautiful rooms, exceptional service, attention to detail, and amenities galore. The free-to-use cars, in-room guitars, water pressure, comfortable beds, and excellent on-site food and drink options are icing on the cake. Best on the Sunset Strip.

Fabulous location, very comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms. Staff was friendly, room-service food was delicious and timely. The front desk started a text message chat with me immediately after I got into my room, letting me know I could text with anything I needed. I had an issue getting the Chromecast on the TV to work, so I texted the chat and they sent a tech up right away. I also forgot to take the DND sign off my door when I left for the day and the front desk texted me and asked if I wanted my room cleaned even though I had the DND sign on it. My only complaint is that when I was leaving in a hurry to get to my first meeting of the day, no one could provide me with a bottle of water. They said they were in the process of "switching over" their water (?). You have to be able to provide guests with this very basic need - so someone should be picking up a big package of bottled water each day on the way to work until whatever new "water bottle system" is in place.

We stay here every trip to LA, and we go a few times a year. It is always consistent. Rooms are quiet, even with Sunset right there. Merois Bar and Merois (proper) are fantastic. The staff is amazing, and the food is delicious. I still miss the cucumber ahi sashimi (please bring it back!). Great wine and liquor selection, especially for a hotel outlet. Central location, walkable, and lots to walk to close by (shopping on Melrose, lunch at Cecconi’s, walk back!) Great car program for grabbing a car for a short bit. Silly note for the hotel, but I love that you now have Marvis mouthwash ;) such a good brand. We always look forward to our stays.
