Pendry West Hollywood

We stay here every trip to LA, and we go a few times a year. It is always consistent. Rooms are quiet, even with Sunset right there. Merois Bar and Merois (proper) are fantastic. The staff is amazing, and the food is delicious. I still miss the cucumber ahi sashimi (please bring it back!). Great wine and liquor selection, especially for a hotel outlet. Central location, walkable, and lots to walk to close by (shopping on Melrose, lunch at Cecconi’s, walk back!) Great car program for grabbing a car for a short bit. Silly note for the hotel, but I love that you now have Marvis mouthwash ;) such a good brand. We always look forward to our stays.

I want to express my deep gratitude for the outstanding way every single associate handled the emergency evacuation during our recent stay amidst the horrific wildfires in Los Angeles. From the moment the evacuation order was issued, your staff demonstrated incredible calmness and dedication to ensuring the safety of all guests. Throughout the chaos, it was clear that guest safety was your utmost priority. We were especially impressed with your valet team, who went above and beyond in the most challenging of circumstances. Their efforts to get every guest into their vehicles quickly and efficiently—literally running to make it happen—did not go unnoticed. Their hard work and commitment in such a stressful situation were remarkable. The entire team deserves to be recognized for their extraordinary efforts. We plan to be lifelong guests. Thank you!

We chose The Pendry as a friend had stayed recently and loved it. Every aspect of our stay lived up to expectations and we had a 5 star experience from start to finish. The hotel is stylish and relaxed. The location is great and the rooms are very comfortable, generous spaces. The rooftop area is definitely a place to be and the views are fantastic. The service from reception and concierge was excellent. The concierge organised our private airport transfer as well as a private day tour of LA in a luxury SUV. This was a great way to see the main sights hassle-free and our driver Chuck from Textus was extremely professional, very helpful and he looked after us very well. Chuck really made our LA experience great by creating our itinerary and sharing all his local knowledge and suggestions about things to see and do. The hotel also organised our private transfer to Las Vegas at the end of our stay. Again, Chuck did a wonderful job driving us very comfortably and safely to our destination. Thank you Pendry and Chuck for a memorable and wonderful LA experience for our family!

Loved my stay at the Pendry. The rooms were immaculate and the service was awesome. Ivette Orellana efficiently arranged for my family and I to stay in a one bedroom suite connecting to a queen room as I wanted my family of five to be together for Xmas. The rooms were amazing. The lighting fixtures, the bath tub, the view, the beds, everything was superb. Our housekeeper Griselda was the best as she was very courteous and cleaned our room perfectly. The front desk was so very helpful especially Doug who arranged for my own personal fridge and Zoe for handling my concerns seamlessly. Carlos was also wonderful for helping us with our luggage and handling our every question. We also had a wonderful lunch at Merois at the roof top. The food was excellent.I will always stay at Pendry when am in LA.

We really love the design and location of the hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and we felt valued during the entire stay. The bed is so comfortable and spacious room. Don't forget to check out the rooftop pool and bar. Will definitely consider Pendry West Hollywood again next time.
