The property is absolutely gorgeous inside and out! Well kept and excellent and polished staff....then there's the Restaurant. As someone who's worked in the industry as a Chef, Manager and Cook I had high expectations after looking at the menu. We were celebrating my wife's 60th so a special occasion. They brought 2 small glasses of sparking wine to the table- a nice touch. I found the servers to be very polished and able to answer questions- they knew the menu. But after that is where it goes south...FYI this was a Sunday night where they have a "Sunday Supper" for families plus the reg menu. Wife got the scallop dish. The pumpkin risotto was mushy and overcooked and the seared scallops were over seasoned with salt. I've been doing this almost 40 yrs so I'm no Karen just complaining. Well that leaves me to my biggest dissapointment: I rarely order steak in a restaurant but it was a PRIME filet so I said what the heck. This was a 65$ entree so I expected it to be very good. So a 6oz filet (I was told 8) came and it was cut in 2 pieces down the middle. Perfectly cooked but the two pieces of meat looked like 2 chunks of stew meat. It was accompanied by a Pava potato. The piece of potato was literally 1"x2" and there was a tablespoon of sautéed trumpet mushrooms (they tasted pickled TBH) This is no way was a 65$ entree. Very dissapointed because I though the food would be the highlight. Manager to tale the scallop entree off the bill and offered to take the steak off as well. I said no. I wasn't looking for a freebie just a very good meal. Everything else was fantastic.

What a special little spot! Serene, luxurious, yet so laid back. Simply had the most relaxing and fun time here, rooms are comfortable and well planned, staff super warm and friendly, food excellent, and so many fun activities outdoors to enjoy and explore the area. There’s a “feeling” here you can’t quite capture in photos, but it’s something you need to experience. Can’t wait to be back!

My cousin and I had a wonderful time at the Inn a few weeks ago. The accommodations were very comfortable and included everything we needed for a three-night stay. The meals were delicious, especially the brioche French toast at breakfast. Among the many activities available at the Inn, the sunset cruise was the highlight of our visit. I hope to visit again in the near future.

Can not say enough positive things about our stay at the Weekapaug - the surrounding nature, tranquility, amazing meals, and beautiful rooms with views.... felt so fortunate to visit in early autumn. The feeling of the busyness of life run out of you upon arrival felt so good - the experience and setting are so well designed to help keep that going for your time at the Inn. Thank you, Weekapaug!

We heard of this Inn on social media last year. This was our second visit and won’t be our last. We go for our anniversary which is conveniently after the summer crowds. We feel like the only guests as we get so much attention. Everyone is helpful and kind. We have gone to similar inn/resorts which either have lost the personal touch or are now charging so much in base rate adding fees and taxes price us out. Weekapaug is beautiful, clean, friendly and the food is amazing. My only hesitation is that telling you might mean too many people find it!
