The good- the property is absolutely gorgeous. Everyone who works at the front desk is polite and helpful. The space inside is tasteful and welcoming. We went to the spa and had lunch at the Ocean House, and both were wonderful, worth the cost. The Inn arranged for a car to take us there, as well as back, and everything was seamless despite it being a holiday weekend. We ate at the bar for dinner, and the food was good, I was especially impressed by the fritters, which didn't feel greasy, came out hot, and had big chunks of lobster and corn. The slightly confusing- I'm not sure this is an issue, but we stayed in a suite, and were just down the hall from reception, near the elevator, and directly across the hall from a staff area. As a result, it was fairly noisy throughout the night. It wasn't terrible and felt, in some ways, appropriately "inn-like" but for $1200+ a night, it seemed a little odd? I think had we been further down the hall, it would have been less of an issue. The bad- I had heard from friends that the food was exceptional. I can only speak for the Easter brunch. The food was okay- it felt like fancy wedding food. Maybe because it was a holiday brunch. The service was not good. Without getting into details, our waiter was rude, there were issues throughout, there was a long hair in our food embedded under some avocado. When we paid, the restaurant manager (who I had heard loudly snap at the very hard-working bartender the previous evening) gave us a 20% discount. For the long hair alone, this should have happened, but what about all of the other issues? We ended up speaking to someone at the inn who rectified the situation appropriately and immediately. My husband wants to give the inn another chance- I would- but I'd probably stick to dining at the bar, Ocean House, and avoid the restaurant.

What a special little spot! Serene, luxurious, yet so laid back. Simply had the most relaxing and fun time here, rooms are comfortable and well planned, staff super warm and friendly, food excellent, and so many fun activities outdoors to enjoy and explore the area. There’s a “feeling” here you can’t quite capture in photos, but it’s something you need to experience. Can’t wait to be back!

My cousin and I had a wonderful time at the Inn a few weeks ago. The accommodations were very comfortable and included everything we needed for a three-night stay. The meals were delicious, especially the brioche French toast at breakfast. Among the many activities available at the Inn, the sunset cruise was the highlight of our visit. I hope to visit again in the near future.

Can not say enough positive things about our stay at the Weekapaug - the surrounding nature, tranquility, amazing meals, and beautiful rooms with views.... felt so fortunate to visit in early autumn. The feeling of the busyness of life run out of you upon arrival felt so good - the experience and setting are so well designed to help keep that going for your time at the Inn. Thank you, Weekapaug!

We heard of this Inn on social media last year. This was our second visit and won’t be our last. We go for our anniversary which is conveniently after the summer crowds. We feel like the only guests as we get so much attention. Everyone is helpful and kind. We have gone to similar inn/resorts which either have lost the personal touch or are now charging so much in base rate adding fees and taxes price us out. Weekapaug is beautiful, clean, friendly and the food is amazing. My only hesitation is that telling you might mean too many people find it!
