Duxton Hotel

So, 3 nights in this hotel, and it was excellent. Great hotel, superb location, and very attentive staff. I would highly recommend it. The food is excellent. We had dinner one night in the bar area, plus breakfast each morning.The bedroom was spacious and very well appointed.

An absolute treat. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were lovely, kind and very helpful. We had drinks in the bar and it was perfect with happy friendly staff. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was five star. The best steak my husband has ever eaten. The location was perfect and we had a view of the swan river which was breathtaking. Our room was amazing and the bed was really comfy. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a slice of luxury on their Perth visit.

The Duxton team are the perfect hosts, caring for their guests from the first greeting to our reluctant farewell. The staff are attentive, caring, respectful and kind. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, quiet - with every need catered for. The fire water restaurant serves up fresh and delicious food. The Duxton sets the bar. It’s a pleasure to visit and stay!

High-rise, upscale hotel in central Perth. Perth CBD is pretty dead at night, so don't expect nightlife nearby. The hotel has a large lobby and a nice bar area. My room was spacious, with a good bed and lots of storage. I had a large bathroom with rain head shower. The breakfast buffet was expansive, with many Asian options as the hotel caters to Asian tourists. However, many of the prepared dishes were disappointing, including the egg dishes. Fortunately, you can have your eggs made to order. Coffee is included but there is an extra cost for espresso drinks. Checkout was slow.

Very good location in CBD. Friendly and efficient staff. Good breakfasts. Good service, great room, but quilt too heavy, as usual these days. So we needed to strip the bed and cool the room. Having room with sealed windows means aircon unavoidable - ludicrous! Nought out of ten for environmentally friendly practices.
