Lovely service and attentive warm team, without being too ‘in your face’. Sandy and Iryna (sorry if the spelling isn’t quite right) took excellent care of us - ps thank you for my rubber duck ☺️ Great location, cosy setting with amenities at your finger tips. Would definitely recommend!

We booked 2 rooms over the Christmas holidays. I was in the 1 bedroom with living room. The rooms are large and have a cozy fake fireplace with heater. I liked that it was off the beaten path and away from the noise near the mountain. It was nice to have the shuttle to take us near the mountain but it is doable to walk to the gondola especially if you take the short cut by the bus depot. It’s within walking distance of all the good restaurants. The bus wasn’t running one morning and was late to pick us up on another day which created a damper. The cleaning staff was a bit sloppy and didn’t properly clean the bathroom and make beds. Given the price point I was generally ok with our choice overall. I think it’s a 3 to 4 star hotel.

Great hotel and staff. Iryna was the best! She went out of her way and made our stay such a pleasure. Thank you, Iryna and the rest of the staff. We really loved the hotel and location and would def stay here again. The staff really made us feel welcome and the room and hotel and service were super nice. Thank you everyone!

Excellent location—close to everything. Excellent and friendly staff. Modern look of interior and kitchenette is a plus. The room is clean and has almost everything including fireplace. Beds are very comfortable and white towels are nice and fluffy. Loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. And even the teenagers loved the haircare and shower products.

Such a fantastic hotel with helpful staff and very centrally located. Highly recommend! Although we didn't have a dog with us, we appreciate the hotel is pet friendly and has a relaxed environment. The rooms were modern, clean and well kept. This was our first stay and hope to be back soon.
