Stayed Sunday to Wednesday in a 1 bedroom upper floor. I liked having a balcony with access from the bedroom and living room. It looked out over the fire department across the street. Lovely accommodations with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven. Large bathroom with a separate shower and tub. The tub was nice and deep. My room was super quiet, but I was there mid-week in the middle of October. One night I used the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. It was wonderful. Hotel is right in the heart of the village with easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Parking is underground in a gated area. You can self park or valet. Parking is $32 a day. I enjoyed my stay and would return. Only odd thing was when I booked on the hotel’s website the normal price for 3 nights was exactly the same for their “special deal” 3rd night free. A bit deceptive.

Came up to celebrate Thanksgiving long weekend. Would have been nice to know that the AC was not on or not working in the entire hotel at check in, that is what I expect as good customer service. We were not told and as a result walked into a room that was 27C. We opened the windows and patio door, leaving the shears closed, and that allowed for the temp to drop. We did leave them open all night so the room was comfortable for sleeping. We always travel with earplugs, especially in Whistler, so we did not notice any noise at all. The hotel is in a great quiet location but still super close to everything you need from both mountains. Other than not telling us about the lack of AC, customer service otherwise was great. It is nice to see they now offer breakfast as well. I always enjoy the hot tub area. It is closed off and very relaxing. Rooms are a good size. This time were were in the 2 bedroom penthouse suite and it was beautiful. The only thing I would say was a disappointment was there was a beautiful table set for 8, but living room sitting was only for 3 or a squishy 4. Would be nice to see a little smaller dining room table with more living room space. Both bedrooms are of good size with 2 ensuites to boot. The lack of AC definitely didn't ruin our trip, and will not stop us from staying here again.

Booked for two birthdays. Disappointed with the hotel and would not book here again. BE AWARE that the room air conditioning throughout the entire facility is under maintenance with no expected time that it will be up and running again. The rooms were close to 25° at all times even with windows open. Doors and windows need to be left open at night, so a restful sleep is out of the question because of the outside noise and bugs that fly in from the doors and windows that have no screen coverings. No accommodations were made by the front desk staff in terms of a discount. They did not even allow a one or two hour late check out as a courtesy. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

We absolutely loved our time at PanPacific Whistler Village. Our 2br mountain view room was very comfortable, slightly compact but totally functional, and we loved sitting by the fire watching the activity on the mountain slopes. It was hard to leave the room. The kitchen was also slightly compact but had everything we needed, one could even bake a cake. Loved the Aveda products. Ravens restaurant was fun for dinner and the pool and adults hot tub were nice and hot. We skipped the mediocre breakfast the second day. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the perfect location for village activities and parking. I would stay there again anytime.

Everything was fab apart from the extortionate parking charges. $38CAD + tax. Really disappointed at the charge when you've already paid a huge chunk of money for the rooms. Pool was great especially because we had 2 hot days. The Hotel is in a great location.
