I really enjoy staying at this hotel a few times every month for work. The rooms have been recently redone and they’re gorgeous. The lighting is so good.(I’m a photographer so this is important to me.) the room is always spotless. the front desk staff is always warm and welcoming and super efficient with the checking in process. The bartenders are always super engaging and friendly. Ana at the coffee shop makes my breakfast every morning and she’s so sweet. The location is perfect, within a five minute walk or three different malls and many gyms, pubs, and pharmacies.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was so nice. Noel at the front desk was so incredibly helpful and kind. Our trip here was stressful and he made the check in so easy!! His smile and kindness are something we appreciate so much! Great hotel!!!

We were greeted by Mohammad who was very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel was going through renovations, he was extremely enthusiastic about the long term vision of the hotel. The rooms, pool, and attached parking garage were great

Stayed here with 7 friends on a leisure trip to the area. While we did not use the dining facilities, so I can't comment on that, it was a very positive experience with only one drawback. PROS: - Front desk staff was friendly, helpful and gracious. Extremely good hospitality (props to Victoria) and had a fellow (experienced) traveler say " that was one of the nicest groups of staff people I've had at a hotel desk" - Staff accommodated my request to put our group on same floor. Made the stay more enjoyable. - The newly renovated rooms were comfortable and quiet. Nice beds, great pillows and very good bathrooms/showers. Perfect for what we needed. - Parking and location were convenient and easy to get in & out. CONS: We had a four-night stay. I am OK with no service in the rooms for a couple of nights. But it would have been nice to have had "one" visit during our stay and at least a delivery of fresh towels. Yes, I'm sure we could have asked on day 1 or 2 but I'd think that might be standard. The last night, we had asked for our room to be made up as it was a double and we had consolidated two rooms with two departures. The room was never made up and no towels, fresh linens, etc. Another gentleman in our group requested his single room to be serviced -- which it wasn't -- and the hotel comped a night for him. So....the PROs certainly outweighed the one CON, and I would certainly stay at the property again. I'd hope they can work out the housekeeping issues, but otherwise it was a very comfortable stay. And again, props to the front desk staff!

Comfort stay, cozy and nice people. Made a good friend Mohammed Sakhi who helped me get familiarize with the place . Restaurant staff were really warm and welcoming. Also offers shuttle pick up and drop facilities for eligible individuals.
