Reviews for The Estate Yountville

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

My family and I stayed at the Vintage Inn. What a lovely hotel. We had a second floor room with a vaulted ceiling. It was beautiful. And the room was huge. Definitely ask for a second floor. A breakfast buffet is included and very nice. No hot items but fresh baked goods, fruit, etc. and later in the day they put out freshly baked cookies. I should have asked for the shortbread cookie recipe. Yummy. The hotel is a perfect location for exploring the Napa Valley. The grounds are beautiful, quiet and peaceful. And Yountville offers some very good restaurants. Upon our return we did have a discrepancy in our bill which Tye Moody resolved very quickly. Thank you. If I am lucky enough to return to Yountville, I would definitely stay here again.

Great vibes

I had a great stay. The Estate is beautiful..right in the middle of yountville and all the vineyards of Napa Valley. This was such a peaceful vacation and the estate staff helped be a big part of that.. Especially Joe and AJ the bellmen! Excellent service

Overpriced for disappointing inadequate service from front desk

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Convenient location to downtown Yountville, nice sized room and bathroom, 3rd shift front desk and breakfast staff were all excellent. Shortcoming was 1st and 2nd shift front desk. We booked through fine resorts and even though 3rd shift front desk noted the late checkout, the regular front desk forgot to process it. We asked for extra blanket even before we checked in and long story short it took them 24 hours to bring it to the room (we had 3 rooms booked and they delivered 2 out of 3 before arrival). When we called told by front desk they were behind for being fully committed…hence a 24 hour delay… for an extra blanket…really? No big deal if the hotel didn’t advertise itself as a premier 5 star hotel. We’ve stayed at Bardessono and they provided better service. There are so many options in Yountville alone and in Napa Valley in general, Estate at Yountville needs to deliver what they promise.

Best place to stay at Yountville!

Estate Yountville is the best property to stay at Yountville. All staff are so welcoming. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The location is most convenient to some of the best wineries and restaurants. The ambience is refined and lively. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, but rooms need renovation.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

Facility needs renovation. Furniture is old and suites are awkwardly laid out. You need to walk thru bedroom to get to living room and bath !!! No desk in suites!!! Staff friendly & property beautiful. Breakfast was included for us and was very nice.

The Estate at Yountville is very relaxing and ideally located. The grounds, lobby and pool area are nicely done and welcoming. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean-nice bathrooms-comfortable beds.

At the Villagio Inn & Spa in Yountville, CA, not only is their front desk and reservations staff exceptional, we would like to particularly recognize their concierge, Mary DuVoure. Mary exhibited exceptional customer care and a true interest in the guests at the property. She was able to snag highly-coveted reservations at the French Laundry restaurant - not once, but twice! The Villagio ranks up there with the best of them - especially their concierge - and deserves to be recognized.
