With seemingly endless vineyards, fruits glistening in the sun, and a peacefully inviting ambiance, there is no wondering why Northern California's Napa Valley is a destination to be desired. In the heart of this beautiful countryside, in the town of Yountville, is the fabulous Napa Valley Lodge. Vaulted ceilings, glowing fireplaces, and a gorgeous modern design greet you as you set foot in your room. White walls and thoughtful furnishings lead to private balcony, some offering sweeping views of the valley and its lush vineyards. Napa Valley Lodge is in a prime location in Yountville to base your wine tasting trip from. The staff are incredibly nice, free cookies and coffee in the lobby. Glass of wine or rose upon arrival and a huge bonus and value add for this property is a delicious breakfast that is included in your stay! The hotel has views of vineyards and my wife and I loved the fireplace in our room. It was a bit too cold in November to use the pool, but I know it would be a hit in the summer. We did take advantage of the hot tub every night. Location wise, every major winery was within 10-15 min drive from this hotel. We also enjoyed being able to walk to dinner each night to the wonderful restaurants in Yountville. If you are looking for a place to stay in Napa Valley while your do some tastings at Wineries, you will be hard pressed to find hotel that offers everything this one does and for as reasonable a price. I would highly recommend the Napa Valley Lodge.

Don’t get me wrong, the property is gorgeous, however, the wood burning fireplace in the room is problematic for a variety of reasons. Wood burning fireplaces emit several harmful chemicals and pollutants. You can’t escape this smell. We didn’t light the fireplace at all during our stay and it smelled like we were sleeping next to a campfire. Because of this issue, there should be at least an air purifier in every room. Also, with the risk of wildfires in the area, I can’t imagine this being a good idea. Personally, I would not recommend staying at this resort until they convert these fireplaces to a cleaner gas or electric fireplace. Besides the smoke, the location was great. The patio was absolutely stunning. The Nespresso coffee machine was amazing. The breakfast was also really good.

We felt so taken care of by everyone. we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and they made it a trip to remember !!! The staff goes above and beyond for their guest and everything is so clean and the rooms and the property are beautiful and so romantic for our wedding anniversary trip. Awesome breakfast buffet every morning with champagne too

The soaking tub suite is amazing. Beautiful room, large, with three separate areas. The tub does fit 2 people. The shower is huge. Very modern decor and the bed and the pillows are amazingly comfortable. The fireplace comes preloaded with one Duraflame bar which makes it even more romantic. If you are an bed sports watching lover, this suite has the largest TV I have ever seen. The views from the patio, overlooking the vineyards, at this time of the year, are beautiful with the leaves changing colors. The heated pool is large and truly heated. The continental breakfast is delicious. The two hour, couple massage, truly worth it; super private, quite and an experience that every human, should do at least once every 20 years. From feet, back and face complete treatment and exfoliation, to deep or soft tissue...

Napa Valley Lodge was the perfect retreat in wine country. Top notch from start to finish. Great place to relax. Close to wineries and great that the town of Yountville is walkable, everything was close to the resort. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.
