Perfection!
Excellent hotel! Very attentive staff, who addressed us by name. That’s impressive! Lovely room with super comfy bed. Efficient maid service and evening turn down. Just an all around perfect stay. We’ve stayed elsewhere, but this is our new go to. We’ll be back!

Just the perfect size facility and location for a wine country get away. Professional and helpful staffs, good size room and amble amenities. Dog friendly. Full of surprises like check in drinks, cookies, breakfast, waters. Pleasant courtyard for before dinner (or anytime) socials.

Perfect!
Beautifully kept premises. I loved everything about staying at NorthBlock. Our room had a shower and huge tub, which offered bath salt for a soak after long days of winery visits. Drinking our morning coffee while sitting on the balcony was lovely. The sound of the outdoor water fountain creates a calm serene ambiance. The staff was very friendly. They offered us a glass of wine upon checking-in and bottles of water at check-out. The drinks/food offered at The Restaurant was delicious. We will be back!!!

Great all around
My husband and I frequently go to Yountville and this was our first stay here. I booked a reservation for a night stay at North Block Hotel for my husband's 33rd birthday. Honestly, we received exemplary service before even checking in. Kendall was quick and helpful with questions I had. North block is close to all our fave places- RH, jessup cellars & stewart cellars. We live in the Bay Area and drove up a little early for lunch. I called to inquire about parking and was told by Christian at the front desk that our room would be ready by 1230. It worked out perfectly as I made lunch reservations at RH for 1145. After our lunch we headed over and were greeted by Christian with a complimentary wine. The room was comfortable and luxurious. My fave part of the room was the soaking tub! The soaps and bath salts smelled phenomenal. Will recommend this place to all our friends for staycations.

Fabulous stay
We live in the SF Bay area and go to the Napa area often, mostly for day trips. This trip we decided to travel with our dog and planned on only staying one night but the staff was so friendly and the accommodations so nice that we stayed a second night. We are planning a return trip in a couple of months. I never write reviews but this was a very pleasant stay; the staff and their manager are really something special.

What impressed me about the hotel was the professionalism and the friendliness of the staff. No matter what you ask for, they are kind and receptive and try to deliver it. That means a lot to me as a guest - to be treated at that level. It began from the minute I walked in the lobby and continued all the way up the line.

Every detail was 5 star - - from making the reservation to stepping out and immediately being greet with glasses of sparkling wine at check-in, to the tour of our Premium room with our own private patio, California King, and heated bathroom floors, to the personalized note signed by the hotel's proprietor welcoming us to the hotel.
