Lesante Blu Exclusive Beach Resort

Just had a very nice week in this hotel with my husband. Hotel is very nice, clean and modern with very young staff who are mostly very friendly and polite, especially John and Peggy. Room, food and views all very good. Pool area looks lovely but in actual fact is extremely cramped with not enough beds to go round. The beds are also very heavy and nearly impossible to move yourself. VERY very close together. An awful lot of wasted grass area around the helipad ( which was not used once!) that could be used for sunloungers. A la carte restaurant’s extremely expensive with food that would not really appeal to all. We had the 5 course tasting menu which was very nice but little choice. Lastly, location is a little isolated with surrounding roads too dangerous to venture out for a stroll. We would not return although we enjoyed our week.

Quite possibly the best hotel experience we have ever had. From the greeting on arrival to the waves at departure, everything about this hotel was first class. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with exemplary housekeeping throughout our stay. The food in whichever of the restaurants we dined at was delicious and varied. Our compliments to the chefs and the perfectly attentive waiting staff, especially to Peggy and Giannis who seemed to be there from dawn until dusk, toiling away with happy smiles and friendly chat. The pool area was relaxed and immaculate, with sumptuous lilos. The spa area is divine, with wonderful treatments leaving you almost floating. Dimitra, with her team of Constantina and Athena have created a beautifully serene little piece of heaven. One of our best ever hotel experiences. We will definitely return - and stay for longer next time!

One of the very best hotels I have ever stayed in. Beautiful resort, exquisite cuisine and the staff are incredible. My husband and I stayed here for 10 nights to celebrate our honeymoon. This is a 5-star worthy hotel. The rooms and hotel are clean. The staff is overall very friendly and amazing. They are always happy to help you with a smile and after a while they start to know you. Especially Peggy was a pleasure to see at the breakfast/diner restaurant. The service at the pool was also marvellous. In our opinion it is the most beautiful hotel of the island. There were always enough sunbeds available at the pool/beach, no need to lay down towels early in the morning! We also booked a privite yacht tour and a rental quad through the reception. Everything was handeled for us, without having to worry about anything. Also the spa/welness facilities were excellent, we would definitely recommend the couple massage. Very relaxing. The Melia restaurant was 1 star Michelin worthy. Please be aware of the pricey drinks, nonetheless, the cocktails were perfecty dosed, Overall an amazing hotel ,we would definitely recommend staying here.

We visited Lesante Blu for a ten night stay, as a couple, in late September The holiday had been booked as a package via Tui. The hotel is a stunning example of attractive modern architecture set on the eastern coast of Zakynthos.The design provides a discrete environment for total relaxation, with various bars, seating areas and beach. Everything about our stay was five star. The rooms all have beautiful sea views, are spotlessly clean upon arrival and remain that way throughout due to the dedicated cleaning staff. The hotel has three restaurants, although we only had cause to eat at the main one. The food was little short of Michelin standard, a fully stocked buffet for breakfast and an impressive themed five course meal every evening. The staff were incredible; friendly, attentive and amazingly efficient. This was, for us the perfect, relaxing holiday. In all truth, it would not suit those seeking a more active, sporting break. There would be one criticism of the hotel. As you will note, our rating was not affected as everything else warranted a ‘6’, but the price of drinks was prohibitive to the point of being excessive. The cheapest bottle of wine was €48 and other drinks equally expensive. In the context of an exceptional holiday not the end of the World, but certainly dulled an otherwise polished gem.
