Great Experience!!
Sea Cliff Resort was and is one of the best resorts i have ever been. The staff is so friendly and professional and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for a place to stay in Zanzibar, for a week or more on holiday. We loved it

Sea Cliff Dar Aslaam
Very nice hotel and restaurant Karambizi is offering very good food prices are fine. Hotel is expensive however clean, quite with beautiful view on the ocean. Nearby pharmacy and other shops and ATM machine for cash. Security 24/7 and hotel staff are very helpful.

Best resort experience ever, we had such a wonderful time. The staff are friendly and helpfull the food was fantastic, cant wait to come back here again. The scenary is out of this world and the spa is top notch best massage ive ever had. Will definately recommend this resort.

Average but enjoyable
Our stay was average, the only 5 star experience was the staff’s attention and service. The rooms are average, the food is nothing to write home about and the cats in the restaurant and upper pool area are the reason I would never come back to this hotel. Not everybody likes animals and we were constantly on edge and eating as fast as we could to get out of there. The cats were aggressive to the guests at times, two people were bitten and a little girl was scratched but still nothing was done to keep the cats away during meal times. I’m South African and you will never see pets loitering in a restaurant or an establishment such as the Seacliff Resort. The only other recommendation would be for the hotel to supply “standard” shoes as part of their uniform. Some of the staff members had on shoes that had seen better days. Otherwise, the staff made our stay memorable.

Don’t think, just book it!
Honestly the hospitality here is phenomenal! I would come back here over and over again. The staff are so friendly and the activities, food, scenery, weather, beach and facilities are TOP CLASS! They interacted at every opportunity with my wife and 3 year old child to make them smile with the typical Tanzanian charm. Thanks you very much!
