Beautiful, classic mountain resort
Lovely hotel with beautiful dining/ bar facilities. Delicious breakfast. Convenient location in a busy town. Nice spa on-site but was too busy to use it- pool only available if you are visiting the spa. Extremely classy location with abundance of public social spaces.

Excellent stay
Rooms were miserably hot to sleep in during the summer. There is no Air Conditioning. Location was excellent. Had to sleep with windows open and ask for two fans.

Outstanding Property & Staff
Top notch service and property. Location is Zermatt is excellent however it can be noisy if it's hot and you need to leave the windows open. Would definitely stay here again.

In every detail, kind, thoughtful, professional people superbly led by management set the standard for hotel excellence. I cannot imagine anything that can be improved, but I am comforted that all will make the attempt!!
