It exceeded our expectations! The stunning location, and exceptional service made for an unforgettable stay. Special thanks to Mr. Serkan and Mr.Khalifa for the incredible dining experiences .Thanks to the incredible care and attention of Serkan and Khalifa at the restaurant as Their dedication to making every guest feel special was truly heartwarming. and to Sara, our villa assistant, for her impeccable care. We had so much fun learning archery with Said and were amazed by Barry’s passion during the magical stargazing session. A visit to the Wellness Center with the amazing Nicolas Herrera was another highlight truly rejuvenating! We can’t wait to return!

The location was beautiful—serene and calm by the water. However, the service, food, and hospitality were shockingly poor. It’s disappointing to see a renowned holiday destination so badly managed, with guests being treated so poorly. We had booked the evening for a private Shua Shak experience to celebrate a special occasion, but it turned into a disaster. There was only one server, the food was cold, and the seating was uncomfortable. The lamb, which was tasteless and extremely overpriced (Dhs 5,500+ equivalent for a lamb shoulder), wasn’t even enough for everyone to eat. To make matters worse, the staff had a constant need to clean the table. The staff seemed overly focused on upselling and had a very commercially transactional approach with no effort to create a welcoming or memorable experience and stay. Throughout our stay, the staff never smiled, nor did they make us feel comfortable or relaxed. They came across as cold, inhospitable, and completely uninformed about the resort’s basic amenities and services. To mention a few for instance, it took over an hour to deliver coffee to the room, which arrived cold, and another hour to send a can of soda. After providing honest feedback of our disappointed of the first night we decided to just eat at the Bar. Mohan part of the bar team who heard our disappointment tried to make that evening better and more cared for. Overall, the service was shockingly poor and the staff lacked the warmth and hospitality of a luxury hotel chain. This experience left an undesirable and financially unethical impression. Unfortunately, we couldn’t wait to leave.

Stayed here for 3 or 4 nights (I drank quite heavily so I can't be sure exactly how many). Very nice resort. Lovely host/GEM Sehrish, very professional. Very typical of the Six Senses brand. Had a villa on the beach front and the views were very pleasant. We were on the end of the villas and it felt private, but the day before we left neighbours moved in and I though the noise of them travelled quite loudly. If we had neigbours the whole I'm not sure I'd have thought it was quite so relaxing, some of the accomdation was quite close together. But that wasn't my experience so no complaints from me. Had some tennis lessons, the isntructor was excellent. My backhand thanks him. The food was ok but a few dishes weren't cooked/put together as well as you'd expect. All edible though but could be even better. The price was about right for what you'd expect really. Went snorkelling on an excurision, it was good and I spotted a turtle before the guide (naturally). So to finish my ramlbings, I would definitely stay again, it was good. It could be made even better but in the meantime the staff are really nice, helpful and a pleasure to be looked after by.

We last came to Zighy Bay 7 years ago when our kids were very little and we had a fabulous October holiday. However this stay surpassed our expectations! We can just as strongly recommend it for older kids and teens. It was a wonderful place to celebrate NYE and the party must have involved so much hard work behind the scenes. If you’re thinking about coming here over the festive period, don’t hesitate!! The paragliding experience is AMAZING and so much more thrilling than I would have imagined.
