Fantastic experience at the Thompson Hotel, Zihautanejo

This place is fabulous, you are right on La Ropa Beach, the rooms and grounds are gorgeous which you can't see from the street. It was wonderful being that close to the beach. The service at this hotel is exceptional and our every need was catered to. We had breakfast and lunch every day on the beach and the food was delicious. We opted to go out every night for dinner to sample some of the Zihuatanejo restaurants and had several great experiences. In particular, I would like to give special praise to our server that we had most frequently, Adrian, (I hope I am remembering his name correctly), because every time we were thinking about ordering something he was right there. Incredible!!

If you need a peaceful and relaxing adventure this is definitely the place to go. It was incredible. The resort, staff, location and weather. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I was here to do a wedding event for my daughter. We had them to brunch for us here. Amazing staff, food and drink. If you have an event to be done during your stay. This is THE PLACE!

The hotel continues to excel. The grounds are lovely, but the staff makes this hotel tops. Many thanks to Bruno at the front desk, Hiliberto, Ellie, Antolyn, and Antonio at Hou, and on the beach, Alejandro, Efrin and, of course, Erriberto. Can't wait to return.

The Thompson is hands down the best resort in Zihuatenejo. This is my second stay in a beach suite. I had my own plunge pool and a beautiful view of the ocean. Perfection! Hao’s most talented bartended, Marco, is a highlight to every happy hour.
