One of the best hotel experiences ever!
This is one of the true hotel gems of the world! The rooms are gorgeous and well appointed...extremely comfortable bed and best of all, quiet. The restaurant for breakfast was divine as was Baur, where we had drinks and dinner. The location is ideal as you don't need a car to get around Zurich. The neighborhood is lovely, adjacent to the lake and fine shops. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

Unique well understood relaxed luxury
This is an incomparable hotel. A place where luxury is not just in the sparkling candelabra but on how one feels when hosted there. Relaxed luxury would be a way of saying that. And, of course, a great ready-to-help staff and a unique central location. There is a sense of real family run business that it is not possible to be found in a large luxury chain hotel. Every guest is treated specially and that makes a real difference.

“Exceptional Care and Outstanding Hospitality During My Recovery”
My stay at the hotel was absolutely exceptional, especially considering my health condition. The entire staff, particularly the at reception and the concierge team, went out of their way to address my medical condition with the utmost care and attention. Their genuine concern for my comfort and well-being made my recovery period much easier. From assisting with my specific needs to providing thoughtful touches, their care and professionalism were outstanding. I enjoyed every moment at the Baur au Lac being the lobby or the fitness center and also the food which is marvellous. I am truly grateful for the support and warmth I received, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an exceptional experience in Zurich. It is definitely the best and the top of its class

Wonderful Zurich with a wonderful Baur au Lac
The best hotel, at least in Zurich. Best service, best food and what is the most important- best staff, who always ready to help you with any tasks you may have. I recommend this hotel for those who really want to have a great time in Zurich city!
