A peaceful retreat from the hustling and bustling from the City with a zest of aesthetic, elegance and Swiss « savoir- recevoir » under the leadership and guidance of a young and talented hotel manager. Best Hotel in town
Everything was outstanding from the service to the food. Both restaurants were great, but the Leopard Bar is a must visit for all. The music, food, drinks and atmosphere were all over the top. They have trained their team very well. Don and Cathy

High tech hotel
Very nice and high tech hotel. Excellent location..rooms were very clean and designed with incredible high technology. The entire hotel is designed and renovated by a famous designer. Only problem was when I got there around 10 pm check in , there were nobody to receive me at outside of the hotel to help me to carry my luggage or park my car. They had no bell boys. But receptionist was kind enough to make it up by proving upgrade of my room and made breakfast included. Overall had a very good experience.

As a five star hotel it only deserves 3
The room interior is stylish and reasonable. We booked the room with lake view, unfortunately the whole view was blocked by the flag that hotel arranged for us. The concierge and the cleaning staff were awesome, but the service at the other department was awful as a five star hotel: room service mistook our order; really slow check-in and breakfast service. We had dinners at hotel’s restaurant: the Italian restaurant was delightful experience highly recommended; the La muna which is the Japanese mixed Peruvian fusion, the cold plate were good, the hot ones are too salty and the sake could have been better…

Beautiful and modern hotel!
Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff! The rooftop restaurant has a breathtaking view of the lake that feels like an escape from the bustle of the city and the room we stayed in was beautiful and modern. Definitely a memorable stay and a great experience!
