Park Hyatt Zurich

I can only be ecstatic about this hotel. I had a director stuck at the airport and found a reservation at the Park Hyatt Zurich - at reception they were very helpful and the conscierge, Jans, is an absolute gem! He helped me find a limousine to fetch my boss at the airport despite terrible weather conditions and recommended an early taxi the next morning to take him back to the airport. This guy is very professional, very helpful and very kind. I can really recommend this hotel and Jans ! Elmarie Romeo Paris

Guest of Honor award was recognized really well at this hotel! They upgraded my family to a 2 bed-room Park Suite which was beautilful and very spacious. We celebrated my mom's birthday there so they prepared balloons, cake, fruit, chocolate, champagne in the rooms for us. The cake was soooo good, very moist and not too sweet. Since I had a baby with me, they made sure that baby amenities were in the room. They put a crib and a high chair in a room. They also had baby body wash/shampoo/lotion and diapers ready for her in the room. They were very thoughtful and my family was very impressed with their customer service. Nikado and Cristiana (I'm sorry if I spell their names wrong!) were very very helpful and friendly! They went above and beyond to help us and always smiled. The location is nice too, very close to a tram station. Overall I highly recommend to stay here if you're in Zurich.

Typical Park Hyatt in providing good service. Rooms are a bit dark, but we had a Park Suite so the space was ample. Room service menu is insufficient and quality was not good. The restaurant for morning buffet was fair, but as an evening dinning experience, we were very disappointed in the food quality, although the staff was wonderful. Again you had to almost beg for more water as they much like the rest of Europe operates under the minimalist guidance, which really is just being CHEAP. Rooms or suites that easily can cost 1,500 USD per night, you would think offering more water would not be an issue...but they dont...its totally offensive. and PLEASE dont buy into it on any level. Better places to stay in Zurich

Wow - the service at this hotel was excellent. Some of the best service I've ever had. We were at the hotel for 24 hours. The room was large and very comfortable. The concierge, Jens, was terrific - give great device of places go walk, eat and enjoy. What a great experience.

This is an excellent hotel in the centre of Zurich within walking distance of the old city. Spacious rooms, good facilities and welcoming bar and lounge. Staff always helpful and provide good recommendations. There ia a nice outside area in the bar which was open at the end of October
