That was the worst visit I have ever made to Park Hyatt. All started with a request to make a prepayment. Instead to check working MasterCard System between Hotel and Bank, they prefer to blame me, that my card doesn't work. I checked in my Bank and was assured, that the Card works without any restrictions. Anyway I made an advance payment. The hotel staff responsible for payments didn't track the payment, although there was enough time. Then the hole week I was disturbing with investigation of money, many unpleasant conversations with staff and complete disappointment with the Hotel.

We chose to celebrate our anniversary at **Park Hyatt Zurich**, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The level of service from the staff was outstanding in every aspect. One small but memorable example was when we couldn’t find the shampoo in our room. We called the front desk to request one, and within moments, it was delivered to our door—of course, we later realized that the shampoo had been there all along, and we simply hadn’t seen it! During breakfast, the staff took a genuine interest in our plans for the day and offered helpful recommendations based on their local knowledge. Their warm and attentive approach made us feel truly cared for. On our departure day, the greeting staff at the restaurant surprised us with a handwritten note and a thoughtful gift of Swiss chocolates—a beautiful and personal touch that made saying goodbye even harder. Beyond the exceptional service, the **breakfast quality was superb**, and the hotel’s **calm, well-organized atmosphere** made it a perfect place to relax and unwind. This stay exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend Park Hyatt Zurich to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming experience. We will certainly return!

I had necessity to have some details on payment received by my bank, different from the received invoice. No way to find there e-mail address in order to understand the gap. This is absolutely unacceptable. The only contacts I could find where by phone with the consequent rooming costs.

I have stayed at this property several years ago and although they were not great before I decided to give them another opportunity. As a Hyatt discoverist member I was hoping it was better. Unfortunately It was not. You would think a Park Hyatt in Zurich would be spectacular but it is just a average hotel , with below average help with above average prices. I arrived by car and there was nobody at the valet. A five star hotel should never have an unattended valet. It gives the wrong impression. Showing off a Rolls Royce with the Park Hyatt logo is not impressive. Having a friendly smile with someone to help with my luggage is preferred. The carpet entering the hotel was dirty and should be replaced. The young woman at check in was not trained properly and it was painstaking long. The bellman who did help us with our luggage was in fact the best thing about the hotel. The hotel itself is in need of a renovation its old and tired and not worthy of the Park Hyatt hotel. Its just a glorified business hotel that apparently they can just do the minimum . The room was more of the same. Its just cold, plain and uninviting. The fact is to get two beds in a room they get away with twin beds which should be banned in a five star hotel. Twin beds are for children not five star hotels. It’s centrally located and you can walk to most things. The breakfast which was included was also just average. The Onyx bar in the lobby looked like it would have been fun but had a line out of the door and we were unable to get in. All in all it is way over priced for what you get and there are plenty of better options. My loyalty to Hyatt clouded my judgement and I will not make that mistake again in Zurich.

Even though this is a Park Hyatt, one can tell that it is in need of a total renovation. It is under a category “8” for Hyatt but not justified if you compare similarly Park Hyatt within the same category in the world. Disappointing in a way but not surprising as many properties are still getting away with the Park Hyatt label. The structure s good, location is ok and the breakfast buffet is ok. Some upholstery are stained and the employees don’t see to be bothered by it.
