The renovation work disrupted sleep, making the high price potentially not worth it.
**Positive:** - My room was upgraded (after paying an additional fee). **Negative:** 1. **Room:** From 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM the next morning, the room next door was under renovation, causing constant noise disturbances. 2. **Front Desk Staff:** The staff lacked experience and were unfamiliar with the situation. The concierge showed a lack of enthusiasm.

Great place to stay in hart of Zurich, discreet, and friendly,home form home. Will return and stay when in Zurich, the Swiss hospitality at its best.

Excellent Staff, but Cleaning Needs Improvement
We stayed here right after Christmas and into the New Year. The staff was incredible—super accommodating to both us and our small dog. However, my only complaint is the cleaning, which fell short of the standards I would expect from a five-star hotel, especially given how exceptional the rest of the staff was. While the room was clean when we arrived, the cleaning service during our five-day stay was surprisingly poor and left much to be desired.

Best location in Zurich
My mom and I did a mother-daughter trip over New Years. The hotel was right on the River Limmat and in a very desirable location. We could see the famous Grossmumster Church from our window. The service and concierge team was great. The area surrounding the hotel is darling!

Fantastic property with Fantastic service
I'd highly recommend staying and the Storchen, the staff and facilities are exceptional. Our checkin process was above and beyond and every small detail down to our dinner reservations were great.
