Ocean Views Galore
Love the location! The rooms are beautifully appointed. Seaglass restaurant has amazing food. The staff aims to make your visit the best. I also enjoyed a massage at the Spa. We will return again and again; we make an annual winter visit to Inn by the Sea.

If you’re looking to stay for the spa, make that booking first!
My husband and I went for his birthday to relax and use the spa. I recommend you check the availability of the spa first! We couldn’t even get a hour massage which was very disappointing. We were offered a steam room visit. The staff is excellent, the food at the restaurant is really good and the premises are clean despite the dogs that seemed to be hanging at the bar area always.

A special oasis in the Portland area
Love Inn by the Sea! My husband and I have visited several times over the past few years. We brought our dog Abby this time and it was fabulous. We had a downstairs room (Garden Suite) with access to the outside patio from our room. It was an ideal setup with our dog and the sitting room made the room quite spacious and had views of the ocean. At this time of year, we could walk Abby at Crescent Sea Beach with access from the Inn. Dinner at Sea Glass is always a treat and the spa is warm and inviting. The views from the Inn are spectacular and the vibe is relaxed yet sophisticated. Inn by the Sea makes strides to embrace nature and the environment, something we appreciate. Proximity to Portland is great. We were able to enjoy the excellent food and fun of the city. We like visiting Portland and alternate staying in Portland proper and Cape Elizabeth. Inn by the Sea is a truly special place - highly recommended!

A quiet getaway
A wonderful place to getaway that is dog friendly. The hotel should take extra care in cleaning up after those little guests. Other than that the Inn is a gem in the winter. Not a lot of people and the prices are spot on. Not like the summer where you need to book now to get a room.

Get a massage by Molly!!!
Best massage ever by Molly in their spa!!!!! The entire staff (especially Mark at the front desk ) at this hotel and in their restaurant has service and excellence with a smile at top of mind! Walking to Crescent Beach from their hotel was a magical added bonus!! And … I saw a Snowy Owl in the brush near the beach!!! I love this hotel and will be back! Thank you all 🙏🤍
