French Quarter Inn

This was our 1st time in Charleston and we cannot say enough good things about our stay at the French Quarter Inn. The location was perfect and we could walk to everything. The service was top notch from every employee we encountered- better than any Ritz Carlton we have experienced. We loved all the complimentary goodies- from the yummy hot breakfasts to the incredible charcuterie/wine at dinnertime followed by warm homemade cookies and milk at bedtime! There is also a 24/7 assorted candy bar at front desk as well!

Girls getaway to celebrate a special birthday. Staff delivered a delicious cake and bottle of champagne to our room. Bob, the bartender went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!

This is the PERFECT HOTEL! Our second time visiting and both times from arrival to departure everything and I mean EVERYTHING is absolutely perfect. Great friendly and helpful staff, beautiful accommodations where even the smallest thing or touch is perfection and a great location. Oh, wait until you meet Bob, the bartender and host during the daily wine and cheese event and later bar service 0 he's terrific. But Bob is only one of the entire staff that absolutely go out of their way to make you feel as if you're family.

We had a beautiful 25th anniversary at the French Quarter Inn. Everything could not have been more perfect champagne. Upon arrival they upgraded us to a suite a fabulous breakfast in the morning wine and cheese at 5:30 and chocolate chip cookies & milk at 8:30. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet and the hotel has a wonderful European eclectic flare. If you are looking for something really special in Charleston I would definitely recommend this hotel. We will be back.

Incredible experience. My husband and I recently went for a birthday trip and delayed honeymoon trip and had the most phenomenal experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful the wine and cheese reception and milk and cookies and all of the included amenities were amazing. We were given the option to order pillows from a sleep, pillow menu, which was incredible. There’s an option to order breakfast the night before and have a note at what time you want it delivered and you get delivered breakfast to your room included with the stay. They left a bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries in her room turned down. Service was incredible. The hotel felt very clean. All of the small details were amazing- there was infused water, which I loved. Coffee and tea were out all day. Umbrellas and bikes were included as part of the stay. Additionally, the location was close to everything we wanted to go to other than patriot point. We will absolutely be back and will stay here every time we visit Charleston now. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
