French Quarter Inn

The French Quarter Inn is a charming hotel right in the heart of Charleston, near so many restaurants, sites, activities and the market. You don't need a car as many things are right nearby though there is always Uber and Lyft. The staff showed care in helping us have great tours and meals. When our plans changed one day, the concierge, Kim, made excellent alternative suggestions to us which included our lunching at a delicious restaurant on the water and visiting a nearby plantation. The staff also eagerly called up sites for bookings and reservations. The evening milk and cookies were a special treat, making us feel at home. Each morning, we enjoyed having our healthy breakfast outdoors on the patio. We all appreciated the careful attention to detail that each and every staff member offered which made us feel special. Extra shout outs to Kimberly and to Bob who also provided us with ideas. Finally, we chatted with other guests at the hotel and everyone was quite friendly.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at the French Quarter Inn! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room was super clean and comfortable, but what really blew us away was how thoughtful everything was. It feels like the staff has anticipated every single detail in advance to make your stay effortless and special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can't wait to come back! Perfectly located in the city. Easy to walking distance to everything. We also loved borrowing the bikes to tour the city.

This is one of my favorite hotels. The location is fantastic, only outdone by the quality staff and the beautiful hotel. The included breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Love the happy hour. Good wine choices and nice appetizers. The rooms are well appointed snd spacious. I highly recommend this hotel.

This boutique inn deserves a top rating! Centrally located to fine restaurants and points of interest. Rooms are spacious, CLEAN and well appointed with comfortable bedding. Bathrooms are large and are supplied with lovely plush towels and high end toiletries. The inn offers a lovely breakfast as well as a charcuterie happy hour and evening cookie splurge. But don’t let those percs sway you because everything else it offers is top notch. A special shout out to Bob and Izzy for their sincere efforts in making sure you’re perfectly happy.
