Great experience, charming hotel

The vibe was very nice, welcoming staff, and great location. We enjoyed our three day visit. The room was comfortable, the entire hotel team was super friendly, and it was conviently located. It was a great place to stay. We'd stay there again if we return to Charleston.

Great customer service and atmosphere. Nightly art tour that my wife loved. Very walkable location to water taxi and restaurants. Rooftop bar had great drinks and staff as well. Easy to check in and out. Overall we had a great time and this is one of the best places we have stayed.

Overpriced wanna be French Quarter hotel. Muzak plays non-stop, the rooms are shabby with uncomfortable furnishings; bathroom facilities are outdated and inadequate. HVAC system has no modulation and carpet smells of mildew. Ice is rationed and the staff is disorganized.For the price there are so many superior options in the same area.

Great hotel great location From the moment you arrive, all the staff is super welcoming Champagne upon arrival, cookies at night coffee station in the morning. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and linens. Would definitely stay here again.
