Poor experience. Property not very well kept, no hot water in the morning for a shower, very minimal breakfast, small beds, poor paint in places. When I called about the lack of hot water they offered access to another room with hot water. Upon checkout I requested an adjustment in the price. The clerk offered apologies, but said they would need to check with the manager. My recommendation is to book elsewhere.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this hotel. First, the cleanliness was appalling. The room was filthy, with stains on the floors and furniture . The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I tried to ask for extra towels, I was met with nothing but indifference and annoyance. It felt like I was bothering them just by being there. The breakfast was another disaster. The "continental breakfast" consisted of a waffle maker and yogurt fridge , and there was barely any choice. It was clear that they weren’t making an effort to provide anything edible. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs. There are far better options out there!

The front desk folks are good and kind. The room was the worst one ever. Everything in the room needs help!! Holes in furniture, things falling off the walls. The floors were filthy as I noticed the mat after my shower was black with dirt on the underside. It should not even be offered as a place for people to stay! I feel scammed. It was that bad!!

The front desk staff were amazing. Upkeep needs to be better. When I got to my room, the battery in the smoke detector was dead, so it was beeping. I had to call to get Maintenance to the room to replace the battery. Then, the sink plug was stuck closed, and wouldn't drain. I went back to the front desk, and they talked down to me...telling me it was a push button drain. I knew that, and didn't need to be condescended to. They sent maintenance back to my room to fix it. Instead of fixing it, they just removed the entire drain plug, and never replaced it. Room 311, by the way. Great location...but I don't think I'll be staying there again.

It was a pleasant stop for rest and rejuvenation. May God bless this place, the staff, and any and all guest who go here. Praise be to God. In Jesus's Mighty Name. Amen.

Purchased the package at The Cheyenne Cañon Inn for a quiet weekend with my wife. Was not sure what to expect but was more than pleasantly surprised. We had a nice reception when we arrived, got a tour of the facility and our room. The room was fantastic and we got to view the other unoccupied rooms which were all decorated in different themes. The views from the inn were fantastic, with views of both the North and South Cheyenne Cañon , Mount Cutler and Cheyenne Mountain. It was great to sit outside and watch the birds, deer and people go by. The entrance is just inside the boundary of Colorado Springs City Park. There are some outside sitting areas around the property, but the real charm is the people who made us feel like we were at home. We give The Cheyenne Cañon Inn the best rating by planning a return trip and enjoying the hospitality some more.
