A perfect way to visit the Triangle

An English style village with lots to do on property; including a fabulous book store. Lots of dining options, all fabulous, and a lethal home goods store, superbly curated. Great grounds with walking trails and friendly farm animals to enjoy. One feels like a real resident of the village, with all the attractions of the Triangle within a stone‘s throw.

Great staff and accommodations. Diner at the restaurant was the highlight of our stay. Gluten free options were available. The Tea for four was also a great experience. Gluten free options were available as well.

This is what the Fearrington House would let you believe. "a village that offers warm personality and a new definition of hospitality>" AND because it is a village our long anticipated ANNIVERSARY was thwarted by locals at the bar and backed by the management to downgrade us to a bar table for our reservations. We didn't want to listen to any tirade from the locals which they enabled and made what should have been a wonderful experience, a TERRIBLE one. They want you to dine there, they want you to live there. This is the most unpleasant pack of uptight and rude team I've encountered in a long time.

We have stayed at various R&C properties around the world and their service and attention to detail is always amazing. This property could use a renovation as the bathrooms and rooms overall are quite outdated, but it was clean and comfortable.
