The front desk tries in a friendly way to compensate for the dilapidation and dirt, but it is hopeless. I was reluctant to step into the tub on account of the stains that run the length of it. I did not use my palm on the bathroom door so that I wouldn't have to touch the uncleaned filth of months of hand prints; I used my foot or my elbow. Though I had specifically requested that the bathroom door be cleaned by housekeeping it was not, so I did it myself with a towel which came back a deep dirt brown. Housekeeping also neglected to change out the used coffee mugs or pick up the empty water bottles. The buildings themselves are so run down, the doors nicked and scuffed so that I was grateful to leave to address my nausea. Simply put: unacceptable.

I travel a lot on business and generally stay in 4 and 5 star accommodations. When picking this venue and speaking with their reservations staff about their “Queen room deluxe” at a total cost of $1000 for two days. I fully expected a lovely room. Could not have been more surprised—and disappointed. While the setting on a golf course was lovely, the room itself was in sore need of attention. Significant mold under the soap dish, chrome missing from the towel bar, finishes missing from the lower half of all of the bath cabinets, scrapes and dings in the bathroom door, finials missing from the drapery, dings in the lampshade, nonfunctional wall safe. I’ve experienced this at a tired airport hotel when nothing else airport adjacent was available but have never experienced such at this price point. Had we not arrived late in the day I would have refused the room.

We went back to this place after 2 decades and while it's dated it's pretty good. The premium king room was huge . Parking was easy and close and the AC kept the room cool .The restaurant is good and room service was fast . The only negatives are the bathrooms are old and small and the big TV wasn't a smart unit . It was to hot to golf during our stay but the course looked good . The price is reasonable I and I would go back

We booked 3 nights here while visiting family in the area. Our flight from the Midwest was delayed; I called to inform them ahead of time, but when we arrived we had been marked as a no show in the system. It took a good 20 minutes to check us back in at 2 am. The next day our room was not refreshed or cleaned. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone right away. A service person came and basically handed us towels and a handful of coffees and teas and was extremely rude when I asked if the room was going to be cleaned, “I’m not housekeeping.” He told me that the housekeeping staff was basically “lazy” and that was why the room had not been cleaned and was argumentative when I said we had not put out the do not disturb sign. I also had questions about my bill and was told that the manager was coming in at 9 and would clear up any questions I had. When I came back at 9:15 I was told she was in a meeting and couldn’t see me, to come back in the morning. The young man at the front desk was very polite but didn’t appear to be able to answer questions about charges on my credit card. We are very dissatisfied with our stay and would not stay here again.

I wrote a positive review about my stay in 2023, but what i've experienced over the past 3 months trying to sort out them double charging me is absolutely unacceptable. Based on my positive experience in 2023 coming to Temecula for a soccer tournament when 3 of our team families stayed here, I pushed for our entire team to all stay here in 2024. It was a NIGHTMARE to book - one mom booked multiple rooms to ensure all teams had a room. She ended up with an extra room and it was less expensive than the one I had booked (because they didn't have standard price rooms left) so we called and had them cancel my original reservation and move one of the rooms under my name. This was many weeks in advance. The other mom called to try and ask for an extra roll away bed and they said she didn't have any rooms. They had moved ALL of them to my name. We had to call back together and get her room back to her. These are not quick calls - you get put on hold for a long time and there is no email address to write to. But we called again, waited again, and were told and reassured that all was repaired. Cut to last month, I see they've charged me for 2 rooms! I call am put on endless hold. I call again, the front desk person insists that I must have booked 2 rooms. I tell them to look at the notes, etc. They say they'll get the manager to look the next day. Suffice to say this that didn't work - the manager left a voicemail without any assurance that this nightmare was resolved. I called back again (mind you I have a job! and can't spend hours on hold to repair their mistakes!) but I waited endlessly. I wrote them emails that probably go nowhere from the receipt email address (that's another nightmare.). They don't reply to emails - I asked for copies of my receipt and they sent them to the other mom. They don't have an email address on the website - only this tciresort.com email that apparently no one checks. DO NOT STAY HERE - they will keep your money and then bank on you giving up trying to get it back. I hope this gets their attention. My name is on this review and the stay was over Memorial Day Weekend when the rooms cost 3x normal to ensure price gouging. Please address. I don't want to be forced to write to the better business bureau or call my credit card company. It's really sad because the hotel is lovely.
