I stayed overnight at the Beechwood because of weather problems. I work locally and needed to be sure to get to my work the day of/after an impending storm. I called very last minute and was accommodated. Quincy was extremely helpful and kind and so friendly and got me set up in a great room. I would recommend the Beechwood to anyone! I don't live far from the hotel, but would honestly consider it for a weekend "getaway!"

The room was fine. Despite calling ahead to confirm restaurant for diner was open, it was not. Breakfast buffet in a make-shift conference room cost $18. I’ve had better ‘included’ breakfast buffets. Seriously. I asked the front desk for a water because there was none at breakfast and she directed me to the gift shop so that I could buy one. Outdated, in an industrial park. Staff were not rude, nor were they hospitable. Worcester doesn’t have much for hotels, but this is not the answer.

To find such a quality hotel in the area of my daughter's residency was just pure luck! It is 4 Stars, VERY CLEAN, comfortable beds, new bathrooms, pristine carpets, shiny everything, and above all, wonderful Front Desk attendant. Miles makes booking our room such a pleasant experience, especially because we do it so often. He and the staff have all of our requests fulfilled when we get there. (I don't even have to check the bedbug registry anymore!!!!!) And the staff is so nice to my doggy. It is such a relief to have a perfect hotel in a place we need to visit so often. I will always look to stay in an I-Prefer hotel on our future vacations.

The Beechwood Hotel is most comfortable and really lovely. The room was big and the ambience beautiful. The staff is so accommodating. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the servers both professional and kind. I recommend the Beechwood.

Rude clerk at the desk. Unable to explain charges. Not dog friendly! Charge $80 per day. That’s not dog friendly! No mention of that fee when I booked. It was added later…then additional taxes n fees were added for the dog fees. What is a convention fee?? I didn’t attend a convention! The dog had to pay a convention fee!!! The original price was $243. Ended up w total over $400.

As a hotel general manager, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of personality upon arrival in both the decor and staff. The accommodations were superior and offered every amenity including Frette linens. Certainly the owner spared no expense in furnishings and refinements. By far the best rooms in the 'City of Seven Hills'! The Beechwood Hotel was an outstanding experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
