We had a great time celebrating Christmas at The Lodge. The views were beautiful and we splurged for the room with the fire place and did not regret it. Room was cozy enough for 2 of us and 2 dogs. Hot tub was nice - relatively busy. We wish there was room service as stated on their website, but we were able to order to-go from the restaurant downstairs. We also were told that the 15% Epic Pass discount on dining as stated online was not available. Close to downtown breck and the shuttle was really nice when we didn’t feel like fighting for parking. Would recommend visiting!!

We booked reservations for the Christmas Eve buffet for our family a few weeks ago. We called to confirm today and of course they have no record. Now we have no where to go because every other reservation in town is booked. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR SPECIAL OCCASION AND NOT AIM TO HELP!!!

We had a great room with a beautiful view; it was well-maintained, clean, and spacious. The beds were mid-firm with plenty of pillow options for added comfort. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. My only critique is that the shower could use more water pressure, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Breakfast was included in our stay—a buffet with a reasonable number of options. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute car ride from the city center. The hotel offers shuttles and has plenty of parking spaces available. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the 4:00 PM check-in time, with an extra charge for early check-in. Again, not a dealbreaker. Overall, we would happily stay here again the next time we visit Breck!

I was here with my two college-age daughters and we were expecting a relaxing mountain lodge vacation. Is it rustic in a good and scenic way. Unfortunately the lodge seems to do the bare minimum for guests. The materials show a fireplace and hot tubs which, despite snowy weather, are not operating during the day. The website claims room service but the person we ordered with was very confused about this and planned to charge us 20% for bringing us boxed food, then they took 3 trips to bring everything because there are no service carts, and forgot to bring us water & glasses. There are no glasses already in the rooms. There is no table in the room at which to eat or work so we sat on the bed for dinner. For this and a basic meal we paid ~$125. The included breakfast is the same as at Courtyard by Marriott: rubbery tin pan of eggs, dried out potatoes, the weird waffle mix with the self-managed griddle, and alas because we arrived 30 min prior to the end of breakfast, they were out of fruit and bacon. The staff is very nice, it just seems either the owners are pinching pennies here or no one is in charge of hospitality.

Val at the front desk was amazing. We were only there for an overnight, but she made sure everything was perfect for us. The whole staff was friendly and very accommodating. The feel of the lodge was so warm and inviting, our room was comfy and quiet, and the view from our room was amazing. The only downside was we weren't there for a longer stay. We definitely will be returning.
