I stayed at this hotel from February 21-23 for a ski trip, and it was a complete nightmare. When I checked out, I left my bags with the front desk while I went into town for lunch. When I returned to pick them up, my laptop was broken—clearly dropped while in their care. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. On top of that, the rooms were outdated, the breakfast was inedible, and the staff was consistently unpleasant. After multiple calls and attempts to reach them, they never answered or followed up, and their insurance company denied my claim. They clearly don’t care about their guests or their belongings. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you value customer service and respect for your property, AVOID THIS HOTEL. I’m also attaching pictures of the damage so others can see how little they care. Stay anywhere else!

Beautiful location just outside of town. Shuttle service was amazing drop off and pick up. We didn't have to worry about parking. Enjoyed the hot tub. The room and view is wonderful. Every staff member is attentive and very nice. True mountain lodge experience.

Super impressed with this hotel, the room was super clean and updated, beds comfortable, views were endless, nice hotel on property and shuttle available. So close to town it couldn’t have been a better stay if you’re looking for views. We cannot wait to come back & are already planning our next trip. We were there in January 2025. Also, the front desk staff (woman with dark hair) was so polite and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Alpine House which comfortably sleeps 8 adults if they don't mind bunking up. Overall the house was fantastic and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you can imagine (except sauce pans). You can comfortably fit 8 adults around the kitchen table. The bathrooms were spacious and the fireplace kicked off a lot of heat to warm our ski boots. The mattresses on the king sized beds could be upgraded since they were fairly soft. The hot tub on the porch was super convenient, however it was overly chlorinated and two of our guests broke out in skin rashes and had to limit their use. Breakfast was delicious and we could get eggs, bacon or sausage, muffins, make our own waffles or oatmeal. The views from the restaurant were breathtaking. The shuttle was great if you were fortunate enough to have Roger or Chris as your driver. Otherwise, you might have to wait and may consider taking the local bus. Front desk was great and were very helpful and service-oriented. We loved our stay!

We had a great time celebrating Christmas at The Lodge. The views were beautiful and we splurged for the room with the fire place and did not regret it. Room was cozy enough for 2 of us and 2 dogs. Hot tub was nice - relatively busy. We wish there was room service as stated on their website, but we were able to order to-go from the restaurant downstairs. We also were told that the 15% Epic Pass discount on dining as stated online was not available. Close to downtown breck and the shuttle was really nice when we didn’t feel like fighting for parking. Would recommend visiting!!
