Long wait time
Waited 45 minutes in the bar area before being greeted or served. 3 large groups but waiting 45 minutes was a joke. A hello be right with you would have been good too... They said they were doing a shift change. Um ok. It is what it is. 45 minute shift change between 315pm and 4pm.

Food service
Karen provided awesome room service! She was kind and warm in providing my food. And the food tasted great as well. I ordered the Sasquatch and Chef’s dip. The food came within 30 minutes and was warm. I wish I took a picture before I ate it. I look forward to coming back again.

Doesn’t meet Hyatt standard but not bad either.
Hyatt seems like turned around this place. It’s really a good location and proximity to the city makes it a good weekend getaway. The service is non existent but you can get away independently for most of activities. Bikes and shuttles accessibility is great. Parking is spacious and outside pool is good. It’s not heated. Don’t visit this place in the winter. It’s a steal during Summer.

Garrett (Bell/Valet) went above and beyond to provide excellent service to me and my family. Each time we went outside he was right there to help and he was a pleasure to talk with. He is a tremendous asset to the organization. Well done Garrett! JDS

Winter wonderland
Everything at Suncadia is always top notch! We always appreciate how kind and courteous Steve the concierge is. He keeps us coming back year after year. Garrett the shuttle driver was also wonderful. Suncadia is the perfect winter vacation!
