Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge

Jasper Park Lodge gives you a good feeling in your soul. We had great time enjoying all the things to do like…walking, hiking, skating, skiing, pool & spa. To breathe and enjoy the magic of the wonderful surroundings, then watch as an elk walks by. The staff are happy to help and the area is great. After the very sad fire ripped through the area, it is important to continue to support the Jasper community. Thank you Jasper & JPL for offering a wonderful experience.

We stayed for a few days between Christmas and New Year's, seeking some quiet and peaceful time to unwind, and the Jasper Park Lodge was the perfect choice! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the renovated bathroom was especially nice. What really stood out to us, however, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and cheerful. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. We’ve already booked our stay for next year and can’t wait to return!

The rooms, view, location were all excellent. Good food & staff were great. Recommend a tour of the local area, wildlife & waterways.

Check in and the valet/porter service was welcoming and professional. Room was very clean. Upstairs restaurant staff must have been newer as there was a few mistakes and slow service. We had the pleasure of having Kieran twice for dinner and he was exceptional! Exceeded expectations.

We look forward to spending Christmas here every year to enjoy the beautiful hotel, the fun events for the kids, and the delicious food. This year was extra special thanks to our amazing waiter, Kiran, who went above and beyond to make our experience even better. We're already looking forward to coming back next year!
