Stayed here with my daughter for five nights in late October since it was the closest hotel to my son, who we were visiting nearby. The first problem was that the pool and spa were closed for "construction," although we never saw any going on. The staff said it was a decision made recently. I got a small "upgrade" to my double queens room when I asked about the lack of amenities I had already paid for in my reservation made a few weeks before. The view from the fifth floor was nice since it faced the pool and strip off in the distance. No coffee in room so I brought my own small pot. No microwave but a fridge. The staff said they'll be renovating the "towers" next year although they don't know when it will begin. Not a great bathroom for seniors since there aren't any grab bars in the less than great shower since it had a leaking problem, which the staff said was a common problem in the building. I chose to stay in the room instead of being moved since we had flown from the East Coast and jet lag was an issue after being unpacked and settled in the room. Not sure if I'll stay here again, although it's a good location.

Another great return stay beginning right from the registration desk. We arrived early due to airline changes so they stored our luggage until room was available (early)! The rooms are a bit dated but always very clean. We especially enjoy the beautiful outdoor area which is available day or night. Pool and spa are amazing. There’s a wide price range selection of restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Bottiglia Cucina. The Monday night dinner for 2 special was delicious-especially the tiramisu two ways!

A bit disappointed. I wanted to make my aunts 75th birthday special. Took her there for dinner and a night at the hotel. They had run out of the chocolate gift that they give for birthdays, so they offered her access to the "vip lounge" which is just coffee or tea from 9am-4pm. She drinks coffee at 7am so that was whatever. In the morning, we were prepared for check out at 11am, and we caught off guard when housekeeping walking into our room before 9am as we were getting dressed. We could not communicate because the woman did not speak English. Called the front desk and they just brushed it off. We looked at the grounds for a possible future event and security said the pool and area were closed. We were asked to leave. So it turned out to be not a special weekend. We are left with the bad memory with no intention of coming back.

Don’t stay here. Worst Customer service ever. I have stayed here 5 times over the last 4 years for my son’s travel baseball team and I will never stay again. Rooms are dated, we had a leak in the bathroom the first night, the pool was closed. Management doesn’t care and isn’t accommodating at all.

This hotel was INCREDIBLE!!!! We were on a National Park trek with friends and made a last minute decision to break up the distance to the Grand Canyon by staying in Las Vegas one night. Not being familiar with Vegas, we texted a friend who is. He recommended this hotel. Boy, do we owe him! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the staff efficient and polite, the "basic" rooms so luxurious, you'd think you were at a Four Seasons. Great restaurants are within walking distance or you can eat at the hotel. We ate out for dinner and in for breakfast. Both were great! And fellow travelers, here's the best part: I'm not sure if we were traveling in the "off" season, but this hotel was the same room rate per night as the nearby Holiday Inn Express. Seriously, is there even a question??? I can't wait to return.
