Where do I begin, so my Husband booked a quick trip for our sons birthday, we were booked to stay two days, we left early due to the fact of our room not having hot water, I called the front desk they told me they would send someone never did, house keeping seen that we left our room and when we came back it was not clean at all. I had to flag down a manager in the hallway to tell them clean our room. When I I called about the hot water issue it was never reported. Staying here was a waste of our time and money. I had booked a room for April of this year, I cancelled my reservation I will take my money somewhere else, the manager onsite when we checked out removed the resort fee of $50, they did not make up for the fact that my husband and daughter could not shower because the water was not hot long enough. I do not recommend staying here Let’s be clear I’m only giving one circle/star because I have to. They do not deserve that

I really like this resort. when we checked in on a Wednesday I made the observation that we (47 years) were were some of younger guests there. but as the weekend came it filled up more with famlies attending sporting events nearby. we ate at several of the restaurants while we were there and they were all really good but Pizza Rock was put favorite. I appreciated the shopping that was just outside the Resort. our room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious.

Outstanding for the price range. Room service is delish (quite overpriced, but that’s to be expected). Rooms are very comfy. The hotel is quite separate from the casino, including the entrances— you can avoid it entirely if you want. One thing to watch is the price can spike suddenly on days you wouldn’t expect because they host a lot of conferences.

Update: Mold in this dirty room. Looking for a new hotel to move to. Problems immediately. Rude staff and a sarcastic front desk manager who changed her title several times while trying to resolve problem with a room. Klaudy punted the issue saying she was told she could not help by her boss named James the Assistant Hotel Manager. If we weren’t with a soccer team we would have left the hotel immediately. Klaudy did give me a card to talk to her boss, the phone number on the card hangs up on you and the other goes straight to voice mail. Add to this hotel staff named Rosie stared at my daughter and I as the automatic door in front of us was slowly closing, she only spoke up to tell us not to touch the door. Hands full with multiple suitcases and bags. She asked if we were staying at the hotel? Seriously what kind of odd unneeded questionable racist profiling crap is that. Carrying multiple bags and suitcases with my kid and we are not staying here. Told Rosie thanks for helping us out here and she chimed back you’re welcome! In room for a minute and cabinet door is falling off. Very unfortunate start to the weekend.

Overall, I had a really nice stay. The front desk people were really nice as were the parking valets. The concierges were really helpful. My room was pretty nice. I did notice a stain on the bathroom door that looked like dried blood. It took me a whole 10 seconds to clean it up but housekeeping should have taken care of it before I saw it. The soundproofing between rooms could be better. When going to the casino area for meals, I was overwhelmed by the cigarette smoke (even in the non smoking area). I know casinos and smoking go together. It would be nice if there was a better filtration system. This was the second time I stayed there and I've had good experiences both times. If you want a place that is off the strip but convenient to get to the strip, this is your place.
