Join us deep in the heart of the world’s most celebrated wildlife reserves, where the Big Five – the lion, the leopard, the buffalo, the elephant and the rhinoceros – run free on the endless, untamed landscape. Perched on a series of elevated platforms and walkways, our Lodge sits next to an animal watering hole, where you can watch a family of elephants stop for their morning drink as you sip your own out on your room’s private balcony. Under the constant protection of local Maasai tribes people, we’ll take you in the bush for an exhilarating game drive, or you can soar high in the sky on a hot-air balloon safari. However you spend your day, our Spa is waiting to help you rehydrate, restore and re-energize for your next adventure. Our only question – where would you like to begin?

Overall, this resort is very good. It is very remote. The accomodations were lovely, the resort itself felt very current, updated, and still a nice safari feel. Rustic. I really wish there were more Four Seasons logo items to buy in the gift shop. I would have purchased hats for family, or the waterbottles they gave us in our room. I wanted the food to be better at this resort, I wasn't overly impressed, also, please sell Immodium for those of us who got travelers issues! Be prepared, and pack some items just in case! A zpak I brought from the usa, saved me!

Unbelievable experience. This hotel is luxurious and elegant. Showcasing a beautiful colonial aesthetic with natural wood furniture and intricate art throughout the hotel featuring local artists. We stayed in the three bedroom presidential villa and it was immaculate. It had its own pool overlooking the Serengeti. Everyday the staff worked endlessly to provide the utmost in quality service. Fizo was our butler who went above and beyond. This hotel is one of the most sought out hotels in the world with their pool overlooking a watering hole. A magical experience. Our family of 6 experienced nothing but luxury and opulence at this five star hotel.

- - - I was expecting more… I was really looking forward to visiting this hotel because it is under the Four Seasons brand and for me that means unquestionable quality, however, it saddens me to see that the hotel has areas of opportunity even though the staff is very friendly, they know your name and are attentive but it is not enough, there is something that is still missing and needs to be improved, it does not compare with other Four Seasons that I have visited but I will be more specific, the sauna room at the Spa is ugly it is tiny 1 m by 80 cm, very uncomfortable, it looks like a normal bathroom, the truth is we did not live that experience that we were expecting in a Four Seasons Spa, and for a very good price, the massage sincerely felt like a normal massage, it was not something that we said, this is fabulous, incredible or maybe the expectations we had of a hotel of this level are much higher, but the worst thing about the spa were the flies that came in droves because we had the windows open, without any aroma and without music other than the fluttering of the flies in my ears ... the menu has few vegetarian options (they asked you before you arrive what do you prefer to eat I do not see something different considering my options I wrote) also It seems that sometimes the staff at the bar is not enough because of the time it takes to serve both food and drinks. In my room on the mattress the first day, we found tiny dead bugs between the sheets, the bathroom door creaks horribly, there are no bath salts for the tub, and finally we had two unsatisfactory experiences when we requested Lunch for the Game Drive on two different days and they did not provide it complete, on two different days they sent other things that were not requested.

Where can start? I’ll start with the good, the staff was very welcoming from start to end. The hotel was also very clean and the food was ok, my favorite was the African restaurant they have, which you must make reservations. Lastly the safari was defiantly worth every penny , plus at all times i felt safe as well. Now, let get to bad things. By 8pm you have to be in your room due to the bugs, u cant enjoy your balcony because of all the bugs. In 3 days in the hotel, not even 1 day we were able to enjoy the pool, it was either raining or the pool was to cold, i think of how expensive the hotel is they should invest on a heater for the pool, my opinion they want it that way you can be put everyday your staying in some type of safari. The all inclusive food menu is very limited and the drinks well I only had one. The bar for the all inclusive is bad, bad rum and bad vodka… very sad. Our flight got cancel for the third time from the local airport to Arusha, so we were concerned not being on time for out flight back home, so we requested a taxi from the Hotel to Arusha and they wanted to charge us $1600 for 2 people. Which we found out, is only a $25 ride for the locals to get back to Arusha. That was the biggest rip off. Lucky we were able to arrange another flight but a day earlier, so we even lost a day at the hotel. It was always something i wanted to do, and i finally did it, at the same time this is a place i never plan on coming back too. The Four Seasons has a monopoly and want to charge your x amount for the most minimum. I personally don’t recommend , one last thing I would like to thank Navina at the four season, shes one of the managers, she did try her best to do what she can within her limits for the lost of money we had here in the serenguetti.

We just settled in at the airport and couldn’t help but reflect on the incredible hotel service we experienced during our stay, which we believe is the best we've encountered anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the radiant Glory and Ashley, who made our visit truly memorable as we celebrated our 15th anniversary. They ensured we felt the love throughout our stay. It was a pleasure to meet the hotel manager Mathew, who was not only welcoming but also a treasure trove of knowledge, and it was wonderful to connect with a fellow Sydneysider all the way in Africa. This lodge exemplifies five-star service. Every staff member made a point to learn our names or had done their research to introduce themselves personally. The rooms are impressively spacious, and no matter which one you book, you'll enjoy unparalleled views of the stunning Serengeti landscape. Each room is beautifully appointed, epitomizing luxury. We absolutely adored the facilities, and the food was spectacular, especially while watching the sunset over the Serengeti. Alex at the pool was fantastic, accommodating all our requests, while our dining experience at Boma was made even more special by our attentive waiter, Daniel. Though we were sad to have such a short stay, we wholeheartedly recommend this location and hotel for anyone seeking unparalleled luxury in the Serengeti.
