Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa

My massage with Nick was excellent—I would have loved to book a longer session with him. Unfortunately, the facility itself did not meet expectations. The showers had a significant amount of mold on the tiles and ceilings, indicating a lack of proper cleaning for months. The body wash dispensers were empty, and the steam room in the women’s locker room was out of order during our visit. Additionally, the booking process was frustrating. The website wouldn’t allow us to make reservations, so we had to call, and the employee struggled to complete the booking. We initially scheduled two male therapists for the morning and a male and female for later in the day. However, we were told we had to push the second booking later because a female therapist wasn’t available in the morning—yet when we arrived, the first two appointments (which were supposed to be with two male therapists) ended up being with a male and a female. While the massage itself was great, the overall experience—from cleanliness to booking issues—was disappointing.

My first time visit was so wonderful it will certainly not be my last! Well worth the price that may appear high at first search - but don’t click past! This is a beautiful property in Teton Village, truly walkable and skiable to everything in the village from restaurants to lifts and the SMART Bus stop for a cheaper and smooth transportation route into town. The hotel lobby is stunning, rooms beautiful and comfortable/cozy, awesome rooftop hot tub, and the staff is superior. A special shout out to Gabriella who went out of her way at the front desk for me, and David who helped me arrange awesome snowmobile adventures. The Spa is wonderful and don’t forget your bathing suit as any service allows you the use of the downstairs saunas and hot tubs etc. Thank you Teton Lodge for rejuvenating me with a beautiful visit!! I can’t wait to come back.

We love Teton Mountain Lodge! We do a staycation here once or twice a winter, and it never disappoints. The staff is wonderful. Great location and comfortable rooms. Our kiddo loves the indoor/outdoor pool. The Spa Terre is relaxing and I recommend a massage from Amanda,

Greeting was very pleasant!. Love the enormous fireplace in lodge! Room was lovely with comfortable trundle bed. A bit cold and fireplace didn’t work. I enjoyed the spa hot tub and deep tissue message. Was misinformed that masseuse would come get us, so we were late while sitting in tub. She was strong and experienced. Very nice atmosphere. Spur restaurant was delicious!! Great service. Homemade and delectable food. Easy to get to from Teton village.

Everything about this hotel is amazing! great value-price and location. Beautiful and clean. Ski in ski out. Perfect! They store ski equipment and the restaurant is the best in town. I recommend this place... Indeed! It is the greatest experience at Jackson Hole.
