About the Hotel

In the mystically beautiful Pacific Northwest, Willows Lodge is a fittingly ideal sense of calm and comfort. This award-winning retreat, located in Washington's scenic Woodinville Wine Country, is nestled among verdant gardens on five gorgeously landscaped acres, all less than an hour outside of Seattle. Just under 90 rooms and suites are built with decidedly Northwest style, featuring hardwood, stone fireplaces, natural color palettes, and rustic elegance. Private patios or balconies are included with every space, as are deep soaking tubs, Australian lambs wool mattress pads, goose down pillows, and European-style duvets. Modern amenities are present and accounted for, including HDTVs, wireless Internet access, fully stocked refrigerators, and towel warmers. The Spa at Willows Lodge offers even more indulgences, with a variety of revitalizing services designed to sooth your body and mind. Unwind in the steam room or hydrotherapy pool before your treatment, then pamper your senses with a Lomi Lomi massage, detoxifying body wrap, Carita facial, or hot stone pedicure. At Willows Lodge, your comfort is paramount and your time is preciously spent.

Luxury lodge in beautiful part of town

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

Willows Lodge is unique in Woodinville, and the beautiful lobby and fireplace bar are worth a visit even if you don't stay. Great service, walk-in showers in every room (handy for the handicapped like me!) and fireplaces in every room. Wish the room service and restaurants had more gluten-free options. Warm and cozy stay in wintertime, beautiful during the holidays. Have stayed more than 20 times over 20 years and have put family up there too. Would recommend. Spa has really good facials (though $$.)

Lovely hotel with excellent service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

I'm a repeat guest of Willows, and every time I stay, it's perfect. Close to Seattle but you feel like you're on vaca in wine country. The rooms are perfectly clean, super comfy, with all the amenities you need. The spa is awesome too -- I've had facials and massages there. There are now lots of winery tasting rooms within a short walk (across the parking lot) so we didn't even need to get in a car this time! We had a great lunch at Delille's restaurant and a fabulous tasting at Longshadow. And great breakfast at Barking Frog, and lovely dinner at the Fireside bar/restaurant just off the Willows lobby area -- they even had fun live music. Highly recommend this spot for couples trips, friend trips, etc. I was there on a moms' night away with my sister -- it was perfect. Thanks to all the super friendly, super great staff!

Willows Lodge Amazing

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

The peace I felt when I arrived at the property was indescribable. The landscape, the buildings, the fresh air — everything just felt right. The staff was amazing, the food and wine were exceptional and sitting by the fireplace while working was a highlight. Overall, this was the best hotel experience I've ever had — truly an unforgettable stay.

We paid to much for what we got

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

10 pm rolls around and there is no service in terms of restaurants, room service or drinks. You pay a premium and don’t get premium service. Simple as that. It’s asking for 200 characters, which is a clear attempt to stop negative reviews. Thanks

Doesn’t get any better

Woodinville has it down. All of the best tasting rooms and restaurants walking distance. They care about their tourists we had reflective flags for when we crossed the street at night

We stayed at Willows Lodge and it was one of the best vacations we've ever had. From the moment we checked in, we experienced five-star customer service and it exceeded every expectation we could have imagined.

We recently returned from our vacation at Willows Lodge. It was truly a remarkable stay - from the accommodations, to the sightseeing trip, and the dining experience. This was our 4th trip Luxury Link. Every time we leave, we say we will never stay in a place that great again - until the next time we stay at a Luxury Link property. Thank you for the opportunity to experience places we would normally not venture to.

My wife and I just returned two days ago from a four night stay at the Willows Lodge. I have to agree with the previous two reviewers on every count. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were treated like royalty. I frequently get the impression that even top scale resorts are trying to pinch pennies by nickel and diming their customers, but that is absolutely not the case at Willows Lodge. We used our wine tasting voucher on the first night and instead of getting tastes of two wines as indicated on the voucher, each of us was treated to the two wines and a glass of champagne, and then given the remaining third of a bottle to take back to our room to finish at our leisure. One evening, we returned to the hotel and the clerk at the front desk offered each of us a complimentary glass of wine. How's that for making a customer feel special!

At the on-site Barking Frog restaurant, we found breakfasts were delicious and prepared using only the best and freshest ingredients. The Saturday and Sunday brunch menu allowed us to choose between breakfast and lunch items. The coupe de grace was the lunch basket we opted to take with us for our long drive home. We placed our order the previous night and a backpack was handed to us when we checked out. The backpack contained everything from our lunch (sandwiches, fruit, crackers, three different types of cheeses, fresh baked cookies and bottled water) to a cutting board, cutlery, and a corkscrew. We tried to explain that we were going home and wouldn't be able to return the kit, but the clerk explained that the kit was part of the deal. What a great send off.

Our stay at the Willows Lodge was our fourth Luxury Link experience. Although our three other stays were wonderful, this one was absolutely perfect in every respect.
