The Leela Mumbai

Arrived around 11am from a 9+hour flight from london (2 night stay) - Room 414 was thankfully available; furthermore, we were upgraded to a corner room with a pool review. :) Service at the desk was exceptional - professional, patient and very efficient. We were escorted to the room promptly and were explained how to use the different features within the hotel. Room We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (5/8) - the room was spacious for our needs. very clean and bright (lots of natural light). plenty of sockets for powering up equipment. the bathroom was huge and included a tub and separate shower. On the subject of shower, probably the best shower in terms of pressure and temperature! also plenty of wardrobe space. bed was comfortable and pillows too. plenty of towels were available as well as complimentary water bottles (at least 6 bottles). Pool Very clean and spacious. used 2 times during our visit. staff were attentive and clearly focused on ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. pool towels were provided (all fluffy and clean). sunbeds were plentiful and also comfortable. pool closes around 9pm so we spent some evenings around poolside. the best feature of the pool was the privacy and landscape. temperature of the pool was perfect! Food We had lunch and dinner - both meals exceptional. drinks also of the highest quality. breakfast was the best part of the mornings! items made fresh to order and clearly using the highest quality of ingredients. We used concierge service multiple times - the staff were great and could not have done more for us. they were able to help shrink wrap our boxes which contained fragile items/ obtain swim floats for our youngest child, all within a couple of hours of requesting. We had an early flight back to london - they were able to pack some breakfast items for us which was greatly appreciated. i would certainly recommend this hotel in mumbai - particular as it is close to the airport (5min drive).

We stayed 2 nights here at the end of our trip around India. It was perfect for an evening arrival as it's minutes from the airport and a nice treat to be picked up by the hotel shuttle. On check in we were delighted with a room upgrade to a lovely pool view room. The next day it was an early start to tour Mumbai but we managed a very quick breakfast, it's a shame we were rushed for time as the full breakfast offering looked amazing! When we got back to the hotel in the afternoon we then loved relaxing by the beautiful pool for a couple of hours. Considering it was so close to the airport it really was a wonderful quiet place to swim and read The room was very comfortable and the products smelled divine so it was a pleasure to have a pamper before enjoying a few happy hour cocktails in the outdoor area with some tasty nibbles. The final highlight was the most delicious meal in the fine dining Indian restaurant. What a treat and definitely the best dahl we've ever eaten!! We left the next morning in the airport shuttle car and it was a smooth and easy trip to the airport. If we ever have the good fortune to return to Mumbai, then it'll be another stay at the Leela for us!

It was a trip from Delhi to Mumbai and we enjoy a lot will be coming back to Mumbai and going to stay in same hotel it is very convenient from Mumbai international airport . staff helped uz in com of bed nvm. They gave early check in and very close to lift nice stay

Loved this hotel, comfortable rooms, great pool area and staff were so friendly and helpful. Used the services of the concierge to organise a car and driver to take us around the city. Our driver was a delight and so knowledgeable frequently stopping to let us take pictures.

Had a great time and rest with a great service!! The reception Sanmesh and Praveen helped me a lot and give me a very comfortable room where I was able to sleep soundly. And the duty manager helped me a lot with my orders as well. Had a very great time
