Enchantment Resort

The majority of the staff was friendly and helpful. The casita was nicely decorated but in need of repairs. The bathroom tile job was poorly done, the drain cover fell off the bathtub. We had a small amount of ants in our room near the entry door and found a bug in our bed twice. This wouldn't be a big deal except for the fact that this is an expensive place. I would NOT recommend Tii Gavo. The service was terrible and the food selection not impressive. I was surprised how bad it was compared to the price. After that, we choose to drive into town to eat. Otherwise, the grounds are lovely, the pool was nice, and the access to hiking was excellent.

Amazing resort with breathtaking views inside the Canyon. The service and staff are amazing. The only issue is the rooms are outdated. Our 2 toddlers really had a great time in the play areas and Tennis/Pickleball courts. We did several short hikes in the resort too. Definitely used the complimentary meditation and intention setting at beautiful Mii a Moo everyday

The grounds are immaculate and the views are endless. Breathtaking hikes and activities (loved the tennis courts, gym, spa,) at your doorstep. Perfect place for a girls trip and any person who appreciates raw natural beauty. I will be back. So happy my travel advisor recommended this hotel. Thank you @jennsetter

Fabulous experience due to how wonderful staff at the Trailhouse was. Cole and Billy were so sincere and fabulous at helping us plan our days hiking. Highly recommend. Also enjoyed access to Mia Amo gym and classes. Restaurants were over priced but we just went off property.

We stayed at Enchantment for 1 week for our honeymoon, and cannot say enough positive things about the property and people! Everyone at Enchantment was absolutely incredible throughout our stay. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful at every opportunity. We had amazing meals at both Che Ah Chi and Tii Gavo. The property has easy access to Boynton Canyon hiking trails, and is just a few steps away from the Boynton Vortex. While certainly pricy, that comes with the territory of Sedona, and especially a resort of this quality. The property is simply out of this world and beautifully maintained. We will certainly be back in the years to come!
