Enchantment Resort is of the highest quality in food, amenities and service. Highly recommended. We have stayed there multiple times to celebrate our anniversary and will do so again. They all went out of their way to make sure our anniversary was special for both of us.

Amenities lacking. Beautiful surroundings. Rooms need updating. Restaurants just ok at best and overpriced. The market has a small selection and everything was overpriced. The rooms themselves are inconsistent in terms of views, and being up to date. The best thing about the resort is the proximity to the trails.

Wow, 5 Star service in the most beautiful setting. We normally spend our "hiking vacations" in an airbnb but this resort was everything!!!! Worth every penny. Food was delicious, service was incredible, trails were so convenient, and we enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day! Highly recommend the morning ritual offered for free! Skip the room service and go to the restaurant , breakfast was way better in the restaurant and prices weren't much different.

THE GOOD: The location was perfect for us because we don't like to be in the middle of the city. It was a nice sized resort with access to several great hiking trails. They also have on property a "Trail House" that is staffed full time to help you with anything hiking or biking related and they are very nice. They also have a world class spa on site - Mii Amo. This was really very lovely and I highly recommend getting a spa treatment, using the pool or their healthy restaurant. Their restaurant at the hotel is good, but the prices are very high for what you get AND the service was always very slow (keep in mind we went the first week in February, so not their busy season). We got the one bedroom suite situation and we did like the fact that it had a full kitchen and living room and washer/dryer - this was great. HOWEVER... THE BAD: When you are paying almost $2,000/night for a hotel room you should NOT "hear your sheets". Meaning that when you are in bed, the sheets are so cheap they make sound whenever you move. This is a huge sign of VERY cheap sheets. The toilet paper is also paper thin - again - another sign of using cheap items. There were also two windows located high up in the bathroom that if you were showering, changing or using the bathroom - ANYONE could just walk by on the upper road and SEE YOU!! Horrible design flaw!! The rooms are DESPERATELY in need of updating....very old look and feel to the room. Bring your own pillows too if you are sensitive to VERY hard and large stuffed bed pillows...so uncomfortable! We requested the "softest pillows" they had and they still were NOT good quality. VERY BAD thing is that they were doing construction on another room close by so if we were in our room during the day - we got to hear jackhammering, pounding and construction noise all day. NOT what you go to Sedona for!! With this in mind, I wouldn't say I don't recommend it, but just know exactly what you are in for when you arrive. Ask if they will be doing any construction and understand your room type and what you will be getting.

We had no idea resorts like this existed, we booked it through Peacock travel company and I was pleasantly surprised by how healthy and hollistic the vibe was. Lots of on site activities, the spa is inside of a vortex and they do a complimentary morning meditation inside of a crystal grotto. Other perks included getting to order your food directly to the room from an iPad, super convenient and fast. The views on site were incredible and if you needed to get around the resort you called a golfcart to get you and they came super fast. Because we booked the room through our friend Kelsey at Peacock we got our breakfast comped for both mornings and got a credit to use at the resort, same price had I booked the room myself, so that was nice. They let you use the resort credit for food or spa.
