Singapore Sling – Long Bar, Raffles Singapore
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Gin
- 1/4 oz Grand Marnier
- 1/4 oz Cherry liqueur
- 1/4 oz Herbal liqueur
- 1 oz Pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 dash Bitters
- Club soda, to top
- Garnish: Orange slice
- Garnish: Cherry
Steps
- Add all the ingredients except the club soda into a shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into a highball glass, and top with the club soda.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Planter’s Punch – Planters Inn
Ingredients
- 3 oz Dark rum
- 3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Simple syrup
- 1 barspoon Grenadine
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 splash Soda water
- Garnish: Mint sprig
Steps
- Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a Collins glass over crushed ice.
- Top with a splash of soda water.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.

Black Russian – Hotel Metropole
Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Kahlúa
Steps
- Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice.

Piña Colada – Caribar, Caribe Hilton San Juan
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dark rum (recommended: Don Q Anejo Rum)
- 2 oz Fresh pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz Fresh orange juice
- 1/4 oz Fresh lime juice
- 2 oz Coconut milk
- 1 oz Heavy cream
- 3/4 oz Demerara simple syrup
- Garnish: Pineapple wedge
Steps
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well for a good 30 seconds or so. Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple.

Negroni – Grand Hotel Baglioni
Ingredients
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz Gin (Beefeater or Tanqueray)
- 1 oz Sweet vermouth (Martini & Rossi Rosso or Cinzano Rosso)
- Garnish: Orange half-wheel
Steps
- Add all of the ingredients to an Old Fashioned glass and fill with ice.
- Stir until cold, and garnish with an orange half-wheel.

Serendipity and Sidecar – Bar Hemingway, Hôtel Ritz Paris
Serendipity Ingredients
- 1 branch fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 3/4 oz Calvados pays d’Auge VSOP, such as Christian Drouin
- 1 oz of clear apple juice
- Brut Champagne, to top
Steps
- Place a whole branch of fresh mint in a highball glass.
- Add the sugar, Calvados, apple juice and ice.
- Top with Champagne.
Sidecar Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège cognac
- 1 oz Combier liqueur
- 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz Simple syrup
Steps
- Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
