Completed in December 2014, this 4+ bedroom home has gorgeous views of St. Maarten and is a 2-minute drive (5-minute walk) to Sandy Hill Bay beach. You know you have reached somewhere special as you drive up to the house and park. The entrance is flanked with twin fountains and as you enter you see the beautiful spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms.

On the main floor is a large kitchen and dining area, living room, guest bedroom with ensuite and powder room.
