Accommodating 16 guests in total, Baraka Point Estate is the perfect private hideaway with a layout that lends itself to hosting large families, groups of friends, corporate retreats, weddings and special celebrations of any kind. Designed with the most discerning of travelers in mind, Baraka Point captures the colours of the Caribbean and sets them against hard woods, sumptuous handmade silks and ethnic furnishings from Indonesia, India and China to create a unique blend of styles described as Island Exotica by Coastal Living Magazine.

A haven of peace and tranquility, Baraka Point's serpentine path winds through two acres of tropical gardens, out of which rise the villa's distinctive copper peaked pavilions with five king size ocean view suites plus four small children's bedrooms. A fourth, larger pavilion incorporates the spacious living, dining and entertainment areas of the villa while the spa and games room occupy two further pavilions.

Open plan and airy, the colors and furnishings of the main pavilion are easy on the eyes while sweeping coral stone terraces are soft on the feet. An infinity pool with panoramic views wraps around the main terrace, and a second alfresco dining terrace with a giant shade sail gives sanctuary from the midday sun. Friends and family can meet in the main pavilion to share time together or retreat to the privacy of their suite for some down time or a siesta.

Beyond the pool an emerald green lawn leads to a spectacular seaside deck sunken into boulders providing guests with an idyllic spot to watch magical British Virgin Island sunsets with freshly prepared cocktails and canapes. It is the ultimate chill-out space by the sea.

Sitting peacefully on a headland in the Caribbean Sea with 280 degree views, Baraka Point enjoys a built-in sense of privacy from the spectacular reef that extends across the bay while a series of giant boulders lines one of the most secluded beaches on the island to provide guests with their very own corner of paradise.

SPA | FITNESS

You will find Baraka Point's Balinese hand-crafted Spa & Wellness Pavilion on the Horizon Deck with ocean views.

Spa treatments in this space are a multi-sensory experience supported by the sights and sounds of nature. Ginger heliconia bloom at the Pavilion's edge and the scent of jasmine hangs in the air. This is a space in which to truly get away from it all and re-discover your senses.

Baraka Point has a fitness studio and covered alfresco gym deck cooled by the trade breezes where guests can work out to music or while watching a film. Yoga sessions and personal training are also available for an extra charge to kick start a new exercise regime or to maintain your fitness.

BEACHES

Discerning castaways have their choice of three fantastic beaches at Baraka Point- through our gardens and down some steps you will find one of the island's quietest beaches. Set up camp for the day with our padded loungers and an over-sized built-in day bed tucked up under a sea grape tree. Chilling out doesn't get any better...

Guests can also take Baraka Point's 4x4 Beach Buggy to two other beaches nearby; Mountain Trunk beach is two minutes away and Long Bay is a five minute ride. Regardless of which beach you choose, you will spend your days soothing your mind and body in sun-drenched surroundings cooled by trade breezes, while the team at Baraka Point take care of your every need.
