Polo 12 at the Reserve

• Please note that during festivals such as Coachella, while the villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and designated access points may increase the walking distance to the festival entrance to around 1.4 miles/2.3 kilometres. While walking is an option for some guests, we highly recommend booking golf cart services for a more convenient and easier way to access the event.

• Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your stay. Spa heating is complimentary for all guests. Please note, pool heating is not offered between May 1 and October 1. During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done control this.

• Two (2) twin rollaway beds with pillows and bedding can be provided upon request and are included as part of your nightly rate. The Murphy bed available in our Media room can be prepared ahead of your arrival upon request. Once installed by the local team, the bed is not designed to be moved by guests. You won't be able to raise or lower the bed yourself during your stay.

• The garage accommodates three (3) cars. The driveway accommodates three (3) compact cars.
