• We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.

• Bedroom 8 & 9 are located in the guest house.

• Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine

• This property is located approximately 1 mile down a dirt road. The road is regularly maintained due to the presence of many homes in the area.

• Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages.

• No events or parties are allowed at this property.

• All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).

• Riverside county has a strict "no burn" civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.

• Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.

• Due to the property's remote location, guests may occasionally experience unexpected power outages.

• This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.

• Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
