Secluded in the tropical rainforest with 180 degree sea views, the property is situated in Escaleras Village; a private, gated and guarded exclusive community.
The villa, perched on cement stilts, captures spectacular views of the ocean in between the jungle canopy.
The home has four primary bedrooms with sea views and ensuite bathrooms, which can accommodate up to eight guests.
The contemporary open plan living space is decorated with minimalist designer furnishings that exude elegance without distracting from the spectacular natural setting that can be accessed through sliding glass doors and the large patio.
The outdoor space includes an infinity pool, Balinese balé and barbecue. The property enjoys landscape gardens with a variety of tropical plants and fruit trees.
