Villa Sueño is a newly constructed home and suits the discerning traveller who seeks the comforts and services of a luxury 5* hotel in complete privacy of a home away from home.
Secluded in the tropical rainforest with 180 degree sea views, the property is situated in Escaleras Village; a private, gated and guarded exclusive community.
The villa, perched on cement stilts, captures spectacular views of the ocean in between the jungle canopy.
The home has four primary bedrooms with sea views and ensuite bathrooms, which can accommodate up to eight guests.
The contemporary open plan living space is decorated with minimalist designer furnishings that exude elegance without distracting from the spectacular natural setting that can be accessed through sliding glass doors and the large patio.
The outdoor space includes an infinity pool, Balinese balé and barbecue. The property enjoys landscape gardens with a variety of tropical plants and fruit trees.
Additional highlights include private terraces for each bedroom, a yoga platform, separate gym, equipped with Nordictrack treadmill and fusion resistance training machine, both with interactive, virtual iFIT training as well as free weights, mats, TRX, medicine ball.
