Enjoy the mountain elegance of this home with a private feeling on a quiet cul-de-sac, just a 5-minute drive to the town of Breckenridge and the base of Peak 8.
The great room features a stunning rock fireplace, high ceilings, and large windows looking at the mountains - the perfect way to relax with friends and family on comfortable couches and sofa chairs. Steps away through the sliding glass door is the bubbling hot tub, calling you in after a long day of adventure. Off the back deck, watch Mule deer and moose roam in the bushes next to the Four O'Clock Ski Run.
A well-equipped galley kitchen has plenty of counter space for preparing family meals with high-end appliances and bar seating for chatting with the chef or coffee in the morning. A dining area seats 6 nearby.
On the main level is a queen suite with a private balcony, TV, and private bath. On the upper level is the primary king suite with stunning mountain views, a large sleigh bed, and a private bath. Another room with two twin beds and a hall bathroom sits nearby. An upper loft with a desk is available to sneak in some remote work between adventures.
Retreat to the lower-level family room and relax on a large sectional couch for movie night. The couch doubles as a queen sleeper sofa. Kids will love the lower-level bunk room with a twin over queen bunk and hall bath.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, and a 1-bay garage with parking for 2 cars total. Parking is strictly enforced by the HOA - no parking is allowed on the street or in snow storage areas.
Four-wheel drive is recommended during the winter months.

This home enjoys complimentary use of the shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
