The living room’s ample plush seating, large TV, and comfortable vibe make for a relaxing evening after a day of skiing or exploring Steamboat Springs. A fun selection of board games makes for a fun family game night. A small deck has a bbq grill and seating, the perfect place for morning coffee or enjoying some fresh air in warmer months.

The walk-in lower level has a private bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and full bath. On the third floor, two fun twin-over-twin bunkrooms with smart TVs share a full jack-and-jill bath. One of the bunk rooms has an additional twin trundle. A king suite awaits down the hall with a king bed, smart TV, and a gorgeous ensuite bath.

Grab a drink and a towel and head one more flight up to the rooftop deck and hot tub. Enjoy views of Steamboat’s Emerald Mountain and the Flattops wilderness from this one-of-a-kind viewpoint. The perfect spot for happy hour and entertaining, this will be the grownup's favorite hangout.
