A beautiful stay along the San Miguel River awaits guests of this modern condo that is conveniently located in Telluride's prestigious Depot District. River's Edge Retreat is impeccably decorated, boasts incredible artwork throughout and comes with the finest amenities and available services. Close to the golf course, hiking and biking trails and the gondola for fun transport to the best ski runs, this vacation residence allows guests to easily enjoy all that busy Telluride and nearby Mountain Village has to offer during every season of the year.

River's Edge Retreat offers three bedrooms and 3.5 baths and is suitable for as many as six guests. This condo is made up of two full levels with views of the river and the wooded surroundings, and a full 1,800 square feet of luxurious living space to enjoy.

On the upper level of the home, the Living Room with its large windows, two leather chairs and a comfy sofa in front of the fireplace, flat-screen television, and a cozy reading nook. A few steps away is the Gourmet Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and you may take your meals at the formal dining table with seating for six, at the breakfast table with seating for four or at the kitchen bar with seating for four. Step outside onto the private patio where you can have a seat and enjoy the natural views or use the barbecue grill to whip up a delicious lunch or dinner.

The Primary Suite is located on the upper level as well, and it features large windows with wooded views, an ultra-plush king-size bed warmed by a fireplace, a separate seating area and large flat-screen television. The en suite primary bath boasts a large glass shower with bench seating, a separate jetted soaking tub and dual sinks. The remaining Guest Rooms are found on the home's lower level, and each offers a split-king bed (or two twin-size beds). Both of these bedrooms come with a private bath, one with a glass shower and the other with a tub/shower combo and a handy stacked washer and dryer.

River's Edge Retreat is steps away from the Ah Haa School for the Arts that offers classes for children and adults along with fun events throughout the year. This residence is also near incredible dining at the popular restaurants; Cosmopolitan, 221 South Oak, There, Siam and all Main Street dining.
