• High Season: 7-night minimum stay required
• Low Season: 5-night minimum stay required
• Holidays: 7-night minimum stay required
• Rates & minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice. Please check with your villa specialist to confirm.
• Staff gratuity - 10% (high season) to 15% (low season) of villa rental rate is to be paid to the head of house in Jamaican or US Dollars at the end of the stay.
