Silent Waters is located on one of the highest hilltops overlooking Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea. The site consists of 16 and a half acres, secured with a sophisticated electronic security and video system, twelve buildings, helicopter pad, private tennis court and two swimming pools occupy five acres. The entire property is rented to only one party of guests at any given time, thereby providing complete seclusion and privacy for the guests.
Four PGA class golf courses are within a 30 minute drive. Beaches, water activities and shopping are located within a 15 minute drive from the villa. Silent Waters is a superb location for a family reunion, corporate retreat, destination wedding or just a small group of friends seeking a most unusual holiday experience.

• Staff gratuity - 10% (high season) to 15% (low season) of villa rental rate is to be paid to the head of house in Jamaican or US Dollars at the end of the stay.
• For any guests over the 20-person limit there would be a charge of $95.00 per guest.
