Set atop one of the highest mountaintops overlooking Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea, Silent Waters Villa offers a secluded retreat just 4.6 miles west of Montego Bay. The villa’s estate includes 12 buildings, a private tennis court, two infinity pools, and a helicopter pad. Across five detached villas and the owner's private villa are numerous exquisitely designed rooms that reflect fine architecture, decor, and design. Eight bedrooms with a combination of king-size and queen-size beds, plus a kid’s bedroom in the owner’s villa, comfortably accommodates a large group of up to 20 guests.
With a dedicated staff of 14, including a property manager, chef, butler, and security guard, every need is attentively catered to. Meals are a memorable experience, prepared by the head Chef who crafts exotic cuisines in a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen. Guests can choose between grocery options or a prepaid gourmet meal plan for added convenience.

Additional Info
• Staff gratuity - 10% (high season) to 15% (low season) of villa rental rate is to be paid to the head of house in Jamaican or US Dollars at the end of the stay.
• For any guests over the 20-person limit there would be a charge of $95.00 per guest.
• For All-Inclusive options please reach out to one of our Villa Specialists.
Please note: there is a 15$ corkage fee for outside alcohol (alcohol brought into the villa).
