This timeless villa spans over 25,000-square feet, across 11 structures, with nine elegant bedrooms and lodging for up to 22-people, including children. Relax into the sumptuous warmth of our beachfront retreat that combines private pockets and shared spaces for deep connection. The 200-foot pool undulates along the front of the villa and a swimmable stretch of ocean extends out before our property. Magnificent sunsets and the migration of whales take place right in front of us, nature’s elegance. Soften into our sanctuary and let your stresses ebb away.

Palmasola is a fully staffed, single-client, five-star luxury retreat managed by Mike O'Hara, our professionally trained General Manager, along with assistant manager Xochitl Gallardo, where even the person who is most prone to be the planner in your group will have the freedom to take a well-deserved vacation. Surrender to the sound of the ocean, bask in the warmth of the sun and relax.

Four luxurious double lounge chairs adorn the pool deck. There is a wrap-around outdoor sofa adjacent to the hot tub, a great place for group conversations, and daybeds in both the Main Palapa and in the Palapita which are perfect for deep relaxations.

The garden area is great for sports like soccer and croquet and other lawn games. It is also perfect for children's activities, like posting a pinata party or setting up a waterslide. There is also a private pickleball court at the rear of the property for guest use. Palmasola´s team can help organize tournaments and can serve refreshments courtside.

There is a beautiful cabana tucked away on the beach, beside the Master Residence, which is a lovely place for romantic moments or a great nap.

The main palapa is the largest space and a wonderful place to read, relax, dine or gather with others. It is perfect for both small intimate conversations and also for larger groups, performances and wellness classes during spa day. The smallest structure is the little palapa on the beachside of the pool. It is a lovely oasis in which to read, chat or relax while laying on the daybed or swinging in the hammock. The firepit between the pool and beach is the perfect gathering spot for roasting marshmallows or after-dinner drinks.

Entertainment options abound in the state of the art media center. A drop-down projector screen, global streaming and programing options via Roku, karaoke, an extensive collection of games, and an air-hockey table are just some options available.

The bar is located poolside and there is a wide range of beverages to satisfy any taste. The main powder room is located just behind the bar. There is also a small half-bath on the other end of the pool deck behind the massage room. Located next to the bar, the kitchen palapa is fully equipped for the professional chef's use. Guests are encouraged to visit the kitchen and to work with the chef to design, or even help prepare their own meals.

There is a wine storage facility located behind the kitchen with temperature controlled wine racks. Located above this space, the gym is equipped with an Elliptical, treadmill, SKIERG, Peloton stationary bike, adjustable dumbells and a Concept2 rower upon request. There are mats, a television and a small fridge in the gym as well. Trainers and instructors are available upon request. Additionally, guests have full access to the Four Season's gym.

The massage room is located at the south end of the pool deck in the master residence and makes a wonderful sanctuary for a relaxing massage treatment. There is a small restroom located immediately outside of the massage room. Guests can also enjoy the Apuane Spa at the Four Seasons Resort. Access to the Remede Spa at the St Regis is subject to availability.
