• Rates are from 1 – 9 bedrooms (1 – 18 guests) 10 – 11 bedrooms (19 – 22 guests) and 12 – 13 bedroom (23 – 26 guests)
• Each extra guest above double occupancy is an additional $145 USD per guest/per night, plus taxes *Max 13 guests 8+ years old, and additional $80 USD for children 2 – 8 years old
• Infants under 24 months stay for free
• Day Passes are available at $95 USD per person per day
• All bedrooms can be arranged with one King or two twin beds plus one single sofa bed and one single roll away bed
• No Pets
• Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed)
