• Rates are based on 2 guests per room
• Additional guests (15 and 16) at $150 USD per person per night + taxes
• Day Passes are available at $110USD per person per day + taxes (maximum 10 guests per day)
• Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not permitted
• Music is permitted until 10pm
• Rates are subject to change until confirmed
• No smoking indoors
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property
• Pets accepted with prior approval and additional charges may apply

• Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed)
Penalties for noncompliance may apply
• Please be aware that, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year
